Not a thing. It’s perfect.

It was so beautiful, lush tropical plants lining the pathways. Modern clean, the amenities were too notch. Two pools, mini golf, bbqs, tennis and pickleball courts- and ice cream poolside, what more could you want!!!

For our room, the main master bedroom door had the loudest hinges I've ever heard, however the other rooms didn't suffer from this. Some simple for maintenance like grease or WD-40 could easily fix this. The parking can be challenging for larger vehicles when it's really busy. But usually that's not a big issue. I do wish there was either an on-site bar and grill either restaurant/quick service or one located within a short walking distance as you do have to pretty much drive or ride share most places.

Nice on property amenities like mini-golf, tennis, basketball and playgrounds. Pools are nice too but basic. Staff were almost all very polite and accommodating, Mitch actually worked very hard to get us into the room we wanted since we've stayed here before and it was going above and beyond, which was appreciated a lot. The property location is off the beaten path but close to most things. Also the rooms are the main reason we come back with 3 bedrooms we all had plenty of space for personal time and family time.

Noisy upstairs guests. Staff with golf carts going really fast and not yielding to guests.

I can't say anything bad about my visit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The pool area provided many lounging chairs, tables with umbrellas, and chairs. It was in a very quiet area. It was nice to be able to do laundry in the middle of my stay. Miniature golf, basketball court, tennis courts, and shuffle board, to name a few things to do as a family. I highly recommend and will be staying there again on the next trip to Orlando.

Little bit outdated. Shower was clean but not in good condition inside some tears or broken tile did not look good. But we had another one in the room so not a big problem. Elevator was broken once and employee just riding back and force trying to kill the time.

It is really great resort. You can play sport games like basketball, tennis mini golf etc. Kids area and grills working and clean. 2 pools are very great! We were upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms it was nice touch.

Nothing I thought it was perfect over the past three years I've stayed at various hotels and resorts in the area and this place was 10/10 place to stay. Definitely will be staying again.

Beautiful property. So clean and immaculately kept gardens, paths, pool areas and playgrounds. The grills and many picnic areas were fantastic. The minigolf was fun, and well maintained. Pools were never busy, in fact the whole resort felt quiet and relaxed. Rooms very homely and beds comfortable. Staff polite and ready to help with anything. Great price for such an amazing place. Location couldn't be better for Orlando attractions: 10-15 mins max to everything!

Decor was a little dated and could do with a touch up in the room. Inner door from bedroom to sitting room was very squeaky and stuck to door frame.

We didn’t have to leave the property. Everything we needed was there. My family loved the pool, the mini golf and the playgrounds. I’ll definitely be back!

The second jacuzzi past building 8 never got very hot

Staff was friendly and great; very accommodating. If we needed things like more towels, they were very fast to respond. I had checked out and accidentally left my keys in the room. They went above and beyond; were so kind to retrieve them for me. Facilities were very clean. Loved the free coffee and tea downstairs.

Nothing!

Our stay was excellent! The staff, facilities, location, everything was excellent. You can text them and ask anything, and they respond right away. It's very safe, your room key only works for the floor you are staying on. The washers and dryers were clean and worked very well. The bed was so comfortable. I just wish I had booked a room with a balcony.
