I was on the first floor and people walking on creaking floorboards kept me awake at night. If I come back, I will try to get a room on the second floor.

Overall a decent stay. The free breakfast was a nice extra, even though it was light.

Our toilet wouldn't flush unless the handle was held down. The water didn't get really hot. But, I would still stay here again.

This hotel is very old and needs a major facelift. The furniture is way past its prime with wobbly tables and chairs that have the material flaking off. The carpet is thin and stained.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was nice to have a restaurant attached to this hotel and the fact that breakfast was included and wasn’t continental but made to order was nice.

This is the only hotel I've stayed at that asks you to inform the desk when you want the room cleaned and new towels. For over sixty years I've always hung the "please clean" placard on my door, not here though. They explained it as a labor shortage, but that's a business problem to be addressed by the business and certainly not a problem that would be ameliorated by the customers somehow excusing it as a new standard. No prior mention of this "new rule" in just this one single facility. Hire aggressively, train like hell, make it all about your customer, or lose business to the folks who still do it old school, where customer is king, and, IF you still insist upon the customer to be a part of your labor problem, at least tell them in advance, don't let the hang the card on the door and be ignored....

Our white comforter had stains. The pillows are super soft.

The location is perfect. Close to everything we needed. The restaurant was goid, although your "free breakfast" has very limited options. You can order from the full menu and get $3.00 off.

Bathroom could use some maintenance. Maid service was minimal, often forgetting ice bags, and Kleenex refilling .

This hotel is older and run down. The rooms are very basic. We did have a 2” roach in the room on the 2nd night.

It was only a 10 min drive to my parents home. It had a great breakfast voucher with the restaurant and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Window was cracked and metal seal coming off. Bathroom had no fan and only back of door hanger for towels. Coffee station only had cream and sugar for one cup.

Front desk staff were very accommodating as we arrived early. Room was ok but maybe in the process of being remodeled? It was a good room for one night.

Room we were given furthest away from lobby. Loud bad karaoke in restaurant but room could have been closer. Tub drain plugged, had shower standing in water.

The AC/heater in the room was very noisy and we could hear everything that was said in the neighbouring room. The tissue box was almost empty.

The breakfast in the restaurant was very good and the server was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Parking was good.

Most everything was fine, I would have liked a few more options for the breakfast menu but it met my expectations and the food was better than most buffets that one typically finds at mid range hotels.

Room was comfortable and quiet, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Public and private areas were clean. Instead of a buffet, they had a restaurant that served breakfast with wait staff (The food was more palatable than most buffets).
