Housekeeping didn't make our bed the one day they cleaned the room. They replaced the towels and dumped the trash cans but that's it.

The friendly front desk and they let us check in early.

I guess the only downside is there’s not a whole lot around it. Really just a McDonald’s and you gotta hop on the highway to go anywhere or to eat.

I loved the property itself. The rooms, the pool, the included breakfast was awesome! Snack area is nice. The staff was really nice.

The host was EXTREMELY abrasive and had to be interrupted off of his text conversation on his phone after standing at the desk, where he could see us for at least 3 minutes before he could possibly be burdened by doing his job. He also had a smart watch, which ALSO went off, and he paused to reply to at least a dozen times during check-in, seriously disrespectful. He was flat-out rude. I own a hospitality business, and aside from the mold in the shower..(DIDNT use it)..and hair all over bathroom and beds, HE turned me off from this property more than the hair and mold. We've stayed 4 xs here and never again. VERY rude and not worth the cost with what is close.

Very nice property, has all the amenities you could want. Breakfast was quite good, lots of variety. All the employees were very helpful and pleasant.

Confusing route to get there, even using GPS. You could see it but you had to go down and around to get to the right side of the road. Getting out was no problem. Breakfast was good. Staff was superb. Also need another chair in the room. We like to play cards and had to go downstairs to find a place to play. Mostly good experience. Appreciate the cleanliness.

Although they look great the sliding bathroom door didn’t lock and with a family that created some problems. We wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub. At no fault of the hotel, it was overly crowded this time and we came mainly for a swimming experience while on our spring break.

We only had one staff member who was a problem of not wanting to check us in under our Booking.com confirmation number and told us that it was just a hold amount. by the day of check out it was clear that wasn't what was happening and the girl at the front desk took care of everything correcting the issue or so I thought. I still show that I was charged twice for my 5 night stay and that is a big issue. Your hotel is nice but it isn't a suite in one of Las Vegas hotels on the strip. We tried to get breakfast and ended up going without due to the amount of soccer players and their family staying over the weekend for a tournament. One person would clear a tray of eggs and sausage after it was just placed on the table. knowing that you have a large group like that you should have had someone there to handle breakfast.
