The room was very cold when I arrived. Later the air automatically shut off. The room had a mildew odor. When I laid across the bed the top blanket smelled of mildew and urine. It seemed the bed was fixed fast because at Check in at 3pm the room had not been worked on yet. So, they may have rushed it and put the same blanket on the bed that was used by the person who stayed in the room before me. For this to be an accessible room it was very small. I could not turn my mobility scooter around. It was only because it has a shower that t he room was accessible. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. Snacks in the lobby was expensive. Over $4 for 1 small bottle of Coke.

The shower door setup. There's a gap facing the shower head for water to get out, and you have to climb in to the shower to turn it on....COLD SHOCK in the morning, lol. Not a major gripe, just a note for the question.

The rooms need some minor upgrades and repairs. Not enough to affect our stay. The heating/cooling unit would run, then it would get hot, then finally turn on to cool down, which made sleeping a little harder to be comfortable.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Fresh waffles in the morning are always great, and the other breakfast options they offer. They do not use single use bathroom products, so fewer single use products

I was surprised that they charged $3.87 for parking. The final bill is different from what booking.com had indicated.

The room is clean and the bed is comfy. Good size of the bathroom. Breakfast is good. Selections are adequate. The staff is friendly and gave us a good recommendation for dinner.

A lot of noise the night I stayed. I guess it was a kids athletic team staying that night as well ,and the kids were playing in the halls all night.

no hot water -barely warm enough to shower the first night, unable to shower the second night - too cold. Might just be a problem of getting hot water to the 7th floor (top floor). Also, shower was designed by an idiot - there is a 1" gap between doors and shower head shoot water right into the gap onto the floor which is slippery. and you have to stand in front of the shower head in order to turn it on, guaranteeing you will be be blasted with COLD water. the safety bars rattle - hope they are secure. weird, the bathroom door is shared with the closet, when closet closed, bathroom open and opposite, bathroom needs it's own door.

7th floor room - nice view from the room. temperature control was good. beds were good. breakfast was good.

If you are greeted by a gentleman at the front desk by the name of Dave, Be careful. He is not friendly, he’s difficult to talk to and argumentative. He knows everything and he will tell you that you know nothing. He had professionalism and did not make you want to stay or feel welcomed. The rest of the staff were great.

The parking assessment.

I was charged a 2 day parking assessment for staying at the hotel. I prefer advance notice of parking assessment.

Charge for Car Parking. Did not have enough toiletries for all the guests. No housekeeping done as requested. Ironing Board's cover was lose and worn out.

Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the waffles. Air conditioning was great. Great view. Good fitness center. 24 hrs coffee and tea availability.

The people that stayed in the room adjacent were up past 3:30am. The walls are thin, could hear everything.
