Room maintenance could be better. I had a room where the shower didn't work. I could have seen about switching rooms but at that point I didn't want to go through the hassle. Luckily there was a tub.

I've stayed here before and overall liked my stay. The location has plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The property itself is kept up and common areas look nice. The breakfast they offer is one of the best I've had with nice selection's of both hot and cold foods and everything was fresh.

This seems to be a problem in all hotels but the stopper in the bathroom sink didn't work but made do.

Much improved since the last time I stayed here from ease of check in to conditions of the room and common areas. Morning breakfast was really good and fresh.

I think the $5 per day parking fee was unnecessary after spending money on the hotel stay.

The breakfast buffet was great. We liked the indoor pool and spa.

The $5 parking charge is ridiculous. There was ample parking and that really should just be included in the price of the stay. I would just prefer they raise the price of the hotel $5 a night to include parking, if they think that's necessary. But it seems really petty and silly to charge $5 extra for that per night, especially since there is a ton of parking and most people will be driving given the location.

Great location in the Cherry Creek area, right off Colorado Boulevard. The hotel was nice, the beds comfortable, and there was ample parking. The breakfast, which included hot options, was also good.

Very expensive, price advertised did not include tax or mention the large safety deposit bond. Very small laundry room, only one washing machine.

I'm a side sleeper and just can't do hotel beds unfortunately. The couch bed was comfortable though!

The staff was incredibly nice and the suite was exactly what we were hoping for!

Had to pay $5 bucks for parking, I know that’s not a lot of money, but I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel like that. Only downtown where they are parking garages or secured spots.

Convenient to the the Nature and science museum downtown and the Aquarium. Average place, simple, the pool and hot tub we’re working. Continental breakfast was good; basic, had to wait 10 mins for food because they were so busy.

The beds were hard like boards. The shower is tiny small. The TV wasn't a smart TV?

Charge of $5 for parking - don't know why just add it in hotel price. I guess it is just for a sticker to prevent non-hotel people parking at the lot.

Hotel is not in downtown but in nice/safe and convenient location. Staff is kind. Hotel condition met our expectation.

Room had some rough edges and scuffs and bed not as comfortable as I had hoped. All in all, would stay again.

One elevator was broken.

We loved staying here because it's right in the middle of Denver. There are great restaurants and shops close by. Love the free parking and breakfast. Seriously they have great coffee. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
