    You need to drive a short distance to any other services.

    Absolutely immaculate. The staff were all friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. Small lounge on site, and even offered a dinner buffet for no charge. We'd definitely return !

    Crowded. unhelpful staff member at check-in who gave me wrong information and made me stressed out (told me I had to pay again for my prepaid room/told me I had to call booking.com to clear up a problem that was not actually a problem). This same staff member was rather flippant and seemed exhausted/sick. The town was not very nice and was a bit strange/not very friendly («fuck Biden» signs, for example). I would not come back for this reason. Plastic/styrofoam at breakfast- not environmentally friendly!!

    Robin at the front desk is a lifeless, unfriendly,plain person who’s intentions where to make us feel unwelcome. The town itself is already sketchy and below our comfort zone. Getting to a hotel to feel safe and comfortable would be the goal. Then you are not greeted or welcomed by this lady. I spoke with the manager (?) and she told me this is the first she’s ever heard about a complaint about her. Come on! There’s NO way this women hasn’t been treating guests like that. I hate when people say things like that. It takes the importance out of your complaint. Anyways, she shouldn’t be in a place of power. It’s obvious.

    Breakfast items, bagels, and english muffins were not replenished regularly; guests had to ask for them, and the juice ran out. NO change or token machine for laundry facility room; being rudely told "no" when asking for only $3 in change and them being told to go to the grocery store shouldn't be an option; who carries cash these days, and for that matter, quarters! Lastly, what people do in their private lives is their own business, but when you come to work, you should dress to represent; having one's neck exposed with hickies is not a good representation.

    Only the evening check-in staff was welcoming.

    Disappointed with the bathroom toiletries. We were given 3 small plastic containers of bath gel, shampoo and body lotion. We had to ask at reception for a bar of soap. I've never stayed at a hotel where parking was an additional fee. We were charged an additional fee of $36 for our Friday night stay. The telephone in our room didn't work. I would not recommend your hotel.

    Having Fox News playing in the breakfast room was shocking. Fox News is a racist news organization that simply exists to sow discord among the population so people only watch it. It is full of lies and it is insulting to anyone that isn't a hard right wing nut. The majority of country knows Fox News doesn't actually report news and is full of bias. Having to watch the faux news organization trash the president and all democrats while trying to eat my breakfast was disconcerting. I really lost my appetite. My suggestion would be to remove the TVs from all public spaces - no one wants that anyway. Each hotel room has a TV and if people want their faux news then they can certainly watch it there. I won't be back.

    The room seemed more cramped than what we remember for Hampton Inns. and the choice of furniture seemed odd, with no surface space to set things.

    The attitude of the staff on the front desk. Actually a little rude to me - maybe because I was a female, maybe because I wasn't American. But the difference between talking to the American chap in front of me, to talking to me was very obvious. On check out, when I said good morning, got nothing back in reply. Didn't ask if stay was ok. When I said goodbye, got nothing back. She just kept chewing her gum (!) Also, we realised we hadn't used our Hilton honours number, so didn't get water. They were very brusque and basically said "you booked third party anyway, so you won't get anything." Which is fine, but the manner it was conveyed was not good. Next time, and potentially there will be for business rather than leisure, I'll disguise myself as an American man.

    The bed was comfortable. The room was big. Quiet considering how close to the interstate. Breakfast was good. Was very glad to see non dairy alternatives.

    The staff needs an attitude adjustment, No accommodations, wouldn't even attempt to help a mother traveling alone all the way from WA state with 2 kids under 8, 2 dogs, and 3 cats. All I wanted was a bottom floor room since I have to carry 8 different bags a HUGE cat crate 2 medium size dogs and worry about my children and she instead stuck me on the highest floor the 4th and all the way farthest from the elevator, 431. I almost passed out twice just trying to get our stuff up the stairs. They called me at 11 50 and told me I had a noise complaint but my kids were actually laying down and so were the dogs. So if they didn't like me opening and closing the door because I was STRUGGLING then they should have helped a mother out!

    The cool rock in the back you can walk too, the hotel is spacious and located right by a gas station, thank goodness!

    Front desk lady was not warm and friendly. The beds were not great. Every time you moved, the bed jostle way more than a normal bed and it would make a loud noise. Breakfast was good other than I took a drink of milk from the little carton and it was SOUR. I realized after that it expired two days ago. I checked all the milks…all expired. So I notified the staff.

    Fireplace was nice in the lobby. Room was clean.

    The hot water NEVER got hot. Barely luke warm, when I told the front desk the lady told me it was because I showered while they were doing laundry. I showered that night and it was even colder then the day before when I showered in the morning.

    A room at the back of the property is calculated to be quieter. If you are sensitive to fabric sprays, request a room where this has not been applied to your linens.

    The beds were really comfortable - if the fitted sheets were better sized, it would have been perfect. The room and bath were exceptionally clean. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. For some reason, both of us could not stop sneezing in the room, especially when we got into bed. I suspect it is the spray Hilton uses to remove wrinkles from the bedding. As a result we were less comfortable than we would have been on untreated linens. Our room's location was in the front of the property and we found it pretty noisy all night from the trucks on the adjacent road.
