Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomOnly gripe was the dietary allowances, rather lack of. But this is not something specific to the Hampton Inn Orlando East, it was a common issue in the area. Only a small number of establishments understood this and less accommodated it. But there are a few gems who specialise in special dietary requirements (mine was gluten) and the traditional food is fairly safe also.
Very nice hotel, better value and in my view nicer amenities than the others in the area. Smaller and less busy which was nice and the facilities are good. The hotel is being renovated so only getting better. Staff are always helpful and frieendly.

United StatesThe breakfast wasn’t great for people trying to be healthy. No plant-based milk, no fruit salad. Just raisins for the oatmeal, and apples and oranges but I’ve been to Residence Inn and they usually have fruit salad.

Our room was very nice and breakfast was nice as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find guest laundry because it wasn’t mentioned online anywhere and I was planning on going to a laundromat. We also really enjoyed how close everything was from places to eat to a grocery store, Walmart, pretty much anything you need. All of the attractions we visited were within a half hour drive which was great because we didn’t want to stay in the touristy areas.
