We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesRegrettably, upon entering my room, an unpleasant and stale odor greeted me, leaving a less-than-desirable first impression. The subpar shower water pressure was a shared concern among my family members in separate rooms. The absence of complimentary breakfast disappointed me, and the paid breakfast buffet failed to impress, offering a lackluster experience for the cost. Dinner at the hotel restaurant proved underwhelming, with a peculiar taste to the Caesar salad and rubbery Parmesan cheese, further compounded by the presence of mold. The replacement offered lacked compensation, and the ordered cheeseburger, despite requesting medium-well, arrived well-done, falling short of expectations for the price paid. In summary, the overall experience did not align with the anticipated standards relative to the incurred expenses.
The hotel's prime location, situated conveniently near the mall, greatly appealed to me. A noteworthy aspect of my experience was the remarkably friendly demeanor of the staff. Their welcoming and accommodating attitude contributed positively to my stay at the hotel.

I have stayed in hotels where you do your own waffles and cereal, and they do the eggs as you want to, for less $ and really good.. that is the only thing we didn't like!

United Statesthe front desk associate was very rude and dishonest. she told me no rooms were available at 3pm which is check in. mind you I had a reservation. when I mentioned I was a gold member for the Hilton she immediately said there’s a room ready and put me in a room smaller than the one on my reservation. my husband went back to the lobby and saw how nice she was to another couple. he told her the situation and the manager came in and was very nice and fixed the situation. thank god for her.

United StatesWould have given 5 stars, however, they did not clean our room (330) daily unless requested. Trash full, towels wet, old corn dogs in the frigerator etc.. Lets back up.. Booking.com did not complete our reservation with the hotel.. According to the Hilton our reservation was not in the system. However, the staff were able to give us the room anyways at a discount with free breakfast.. That was outstanding! I then had to get the Hilton to reverse the no show charge that booking.com initiated. Now back to the room service. We requested the room to be serviced and they still did not do so. We called the front desk and their response was they wrote down the wrong room number. But they then said stop by the desk and they will schedule it. We said no, we are communicating with you now so ensure you schedule it now with the correct room number! . They said they will send someone to quickly service the room.. They did, but did not clean the bathroom. Quickly meant an abbreviated job. Also the bathrooms do not have exhaust fans. The towels, suits etc. Never dry. Thus the need for room service.
We're quick to accommodate us with rooms. Free breakfast. Free coffee and daily beverage set out front in lobby. Nice lobby, clean.
