Someone tracked mud all over, from the elevator down the hall & it remained there all weekend. Let guests know Kansas alcohol laws. We couldn't buy beer for tailgating because it was before noon, we were there Fri & Sat but didn't know we couldn't buy on Sun.

Staff were very friendly! They also seemed genuine.

All good, nothing to be reported. I just found the price a bit expensive compared to other location I have been, but it could be due to some special events in town. Maybe.

Hotel located in “wrong” downtown (Kansas City and not Missouri) so you might need to pick your car if you want to enjoy a bit the city. So if you filter out hotels by that, pay attention. It's not where you might want to be. Apart from that, room but clean and well equipped. All was proper and fine, no special comment. Standard breakfast offered and free private parking available on site.

The fact that I didn’t get breakfast..lol

The night front desk clerk helped me out so much.. I had my 89 yr old mother with me and I had forgotten her wheelchair. She looked in the back and found one and let us borrow it the whole weekend! Really was a lifesaver! I don’t know her name but please thank her for me again.

We were under the impression that breakfast was included in the hotel costs and fees and we’re surprised the first morning of our stay when it was indeed not.

The location was ideal for quick downtown KCMO access. The room was seemingly clean, already cool at our arrival and gave us plenty of space for our short stay. The parking garage was handy as it was stormy the first night of our stay.

In a word: noise. Our street-facing room wasn't well insulated from the traffic noise. We had the misfortune of having someone's car alarm go off in the hotel parking area across the street from our room one night and wake us up. The bed squeaked. Finally, the hotel is also located about a block away from a fire station, and we heard sirens on and off throughout two nights of our stay. (There was also a false fire alarm one evening, but that's not the sort of thing for which one can really fault the hotel.)

Despite the location on the Kansas side of the Missouri River, the hotel offers quick and easy access to downtown Kansas City, MO. The room was spacious and generally comfortable. Nice bathroom. And a mini-fridge is always a welcome feature for me.

When you outside to the parking garage, the area is covered, which is great. But people stand there and smoke, I wish they would make that part a no-smoking area and move the smoking somewhere else that's not so close to the garage.

The staff was so friendly! This was great value for the price. Our room was very clean and updated and we had a nice view of the city. Parking was covered and FREE! It exceeded my expectations in terms of what I was expecting. Very easy drive to downtown. It took us 5 minutes to get to where we needed to be for our event.

We did not have hot water in our shower in the first night, but the staff rapidly worked to fix it, even offering us the option to change rooms.

The room was really comfortable and the staff was nice and thoughtful.

I paid in advance for both rooms I had. Then my friend checked out and paid for her room which I had already paid for. I don't see how Hilton could have let her pay again now she says she doesn't owe me anything because she paid for her room. I'm very frustrated.

The bed was low and very uncomfortable. I expected a much better quality bed.

The breakfast and service were an excellent value. We parked across the street in the motel’s parking lot that was well-lit. The handicapped room was spacious.
