Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe didn’t like how hot it was in the lobby with no bottled water available for purchase in their pantry. The free water that they provided was also empty. We also had trouble with our room keys. They were extremely sensitive if too close to our phones in our pockets and we had to have them re-made. Parking is also interesting! It is a busy area of town so be prepared to park in the parking garage.
We liked how close it was to entertainment and great food! We also very much enjoyed how nice and accommodating the staff were. Shout out to Deepa and Pamela!

United StatesI stayed on the 6th floor and was unable to connect to wifi during my stay. the toilet paper the bathroom room wasn’t changed prior to my arrival. free parking is available but scarce (ended up having to park in the towne bank parking lot attached to the hotel and got a “ticket”/ note from management). But over all it was an immensely enjoyable stay! We’ll definitely be back next year !
only stayed a night to see a comedy show at the funny bone, super close walk and even closer drive!! I usually don’t write reviews but I really feel like i need to! We had the cleanest room!! i’m usually a complete clean freak when it comes to staying in hotels (rewashing bedding, disinfecting surfaces etc) but i have to say i was blown away when i walked into my room and could smell how clean it was! no dust or grime (and believe me i looked) you can smell the detergent on the *freshly ironed* sheets! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and a few Hilton Garden inn franchises, and though i was only here for a night the lovely staff (s/o Deepa!!) and room exceeded all expectations!

United StatesI'm not a complaining and the room I was in was a bit noisey because close to highway.However the next door occupants were loud as well. The drip in the bath tub kept me up a bit. Some Hiltons I stay give complimentary breakfast for awards members.
