Everything in the room was broken, the shower didn’t work and an engineer had to come up in the evening. Even then I had no hot water, it was too late to do anything about it

The shuttle took more the 30 min to pick me up at the airport, and it was 2 am, it was late, lonely and i was very tiered, plus I call multiple times… The hotel didn’t had any hot water.

Under construction and I was not notified prior. Paid for breakfast and did not get it. Paid 30 extra for cereal because there was no breakfast . Falling apart in areas that are not under construction. Staff were not apologetic for anything .

We use the hotel because we live three hours away. Our flights were at 7 AM , road construction getting to the terminals from veterans Boulevard at night is horrendous, dangerous and not properly flagged.

Renovations going on in main entrance hall, elevator kept sticking (with us inside!). Generally below what you expect from a Hilton hotel. Restaurant was also overpriced as not many other options in the area.

The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, and probably the saving grace to our stay!

The staff was a bit indifferent upon arrival, and could be more cordial, but ok, we are not always in our best mood.

Hotel Bar was exceptional, great food and drinks, good place and confortable. Room has space and also a space to work before going to the airport. There is also a shutter that brings you free of charge. The bed and bath were very confortable and the hotel has good enjoyable silence for people who want to rest and/or work.

Terrible room service that was non-existent. Had to pop down to bar, order, wait then take back to room. Reception staff seemed rude to us.

They didn’t tell us about the construction beforehand so the rate really didn’t seem reasonable given the state of the facilities. Also there were cockroaches and the pool area is pretty sad.

The pool and hot tub was dirty. We were upset. When asked to use, we were told be over hour to use. We took vacuum to clean ourselves. The patio wasn't set up at all. The room was hot. Turned out the ac was broken. At 8pm with a child we had to call again and demand a room change. The ac vent fell off wall and dirt went in the air. And then there was an odar. So with no one coming to room. We demanded a room change. VERY UPSETTING. We should have got a discounted room or an upgrade. It was that bad. After a long trip with a child this isn't acceptable.

The guest next to us was having a sex party through the night. We arrived at 3am from a delayed flight and the neighbor was yelping and crying out for hours. Last I heard of him was at 6:30am. We missed the hotel breakfast and seeing the city that morning due to the invasion into our room.
