No vent fan in the bathroom (not a HUGE deal, but annoying when trying to get ready and mirrors stay fogged), also the mounted bottles of shampoo and condition and what should be body wash has two shampoos, once conditioner, and no body wash. Granted, I could have called the front desk and ask but it wasn’t that serious. Our balcony only had one dingey chair and I noticed most all others had lounging chairs and two nicer looking chairs. Also, the hotel is definitely a bit dated. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable to me, and the pillows were way too thick and firm, however, that is a personal preference thing and the family I was with disagreed with me.

Proximity to airport was close and easy, they allowed us to check in at 9:30 am the day of our arrival instead of 4 pm since our flight got in so early. I enjoyed the pool area, and the Starbucks coffee in the little convienance area was an added bonus as well.

I expected a bit more out of the room for the price, and found it fairly dated and worn. Mattress was disappointing and felt old. Not the pillow top I've come to expect at Hilton. The bathroom was quite worn too, and looked like someone had run the tub over at some point: drywall and wallpaper were swollen and peeling.

Staff were friendly, lobby and snack area were nice. The pool was really great. Everything was clean.

The non-acceptance of cash was annoying. I only had a $50 bill and needed change to tip the maid and shuttle driver and it was mission impossible. No ATM finally the front desk asked the shuttle driver after I told them I was going to have to stiff the maid and driver as I left early the next AM. Disappointing.

The food in the restaurant was disappointing. Not at the level of quality i would expect. The rooms and the central hotel entrance are seperate so you transition and walk to a different building to go to your room.

The small gym was 24hrs. The staff were friendly.

Stayed for a night during a layover. The room was very spacious, bed was super comfortable, and the hotel staff were very friendly. I liked their 24-hour shuttle service to the airport and their breakfast buffet was great for the price we paid.

Decent spot for getting a shuttle to the airport and at a reasonable price. The room was nice and the beds comfy, the facility is aged but overall comfortable and at a good price. I had some mail forwarded and the staff were kind to hold it a few days for me. It was nice to have a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and palm trees.

A. The room was at the fag end from the reception and you'd have to walk a lot, gets difficult with heavy luggage B. I didn't get a pick up from the airport - the number which they provided kept on dropping - when enquired, they stated that sometimes the call from the airport drops, wonder how people are supposed to avail the pick up then.
