The room was comfortable and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The room was quite and I did not hear a bunch of outside noise.

Property can't do much about this, but guests should consider asking for a room not near the dumpsters outside. Trash pickup was at 4 AM and it was a loud, lengthy, booming process.

There were a lot of people staying at the time we went so we couldn’t find any of the luggage carriers, but it wasn’t a big deal. The stay was great!

It’s kind of tucked away from the main road and hard to find. But other than that me and my family enjoyed the property and plan on staying again.

I enjoyed that it was away from all the island traffic but still close enough to get anywhere on the island in 30 min or less. And it was very close to the Tanger outlets.

The Food in breakfast bar could have been nicer. Also there were so many people there, the most I have ever seen in a breakfast bar. Really needed more seating.

Ice machine very loud. I recommend you sell ice by the bag. Air conditioning was hard to regulate to 75 degrees.

Easy parking and good location. The soaps on the wall is a great idea by the sink and in the shower. Give that person a raise!

Breakfast was very good. Location was great. The room was very big and roomy, but so much room was wasted. We had a king bed and there was half a room left over. Would have been nice to have a small table and chairs or a a couple of chairs or recliner. With all the room we had, the only comfortable place to sit was on the bed.

The water pressure was ok, could be better. The temperature of the water never adjusted to what you wanted, it always stayed hot. Bathroom vent gave off a funny smell.

The room was very spacious, breakfast was great, and it had toiletries incase you forgot some shampoo and conditioner. The bed is super comfy!

They had a kitchen fire our first Morning waking us up at 5 after we’d been out til midnight with fireworks, I know this was a freak accident but several employees stated it could have been avoided! The second night a gentleman was being loud and obnoxious in the hall outside our door waking the whole hallway (note we were on first floor within ear range of front desk) yet I had to call the front desk before they sent someone down to handle him! they had the nerve to tell me my service animal need to be quite down, I informed them he was protecting us and thought the person was there to harm us! I spoke with a manager and she reassured me that my dog was not the issue and that he and I were welcome back at any time!

The hotel was very clean and updated! Spetrum tv service so we had options, it is out of way in the back of target, breakfast was nice, my son loved the pool , the front desk staff were nice and knowledgeable about event I asked about and directions and they were nice about the inconveniences ( read below)

I was very impressed with the cleaning staff. Not only were the rooms very clean. I saw the very friendly cleaning staff multiple times during my 3 day stay cleaning the common areas of the hotel. I normally don’t see a cleaning staff that often ! Also the entire staff was very friendly!

Breakfast was free, but eggs and meats were terrible (NOT compatible to Marriott chains with Waffle Makers). Back of property felt a little unprotected, it would have felt better having a fence around the back of the parking lot.

Clean, plenty of parking, super nice staff, and relatively decent price <20min from Hilton Head Island. Cold A/C.
