Nothing at all…friendly staff, comfortable beds and a great breakfast!

It is a good location being right in the same lot as the mall and in good walking distance! I felt comfortable with my teen walking over to the mall to give her something to do while the adults went to an event!

The pool was gross; bugs floating and slimy. The hot tub was cooler than the pool.

The room was amazing; spacious, well designed and clean. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

The surrounding area to include parking lot was or felt unsafe and very ghetto. There was no valet or under ground parking. The price was extremely high for the area and what you get as far as a room. I think you need to lower your prices $70 to max $78 a night. I have stay at nicer hotels at $38 dollars a night, just being honest. Also the soundproofing was non-existence and the people who were passing by were not even loud. Could here full conversations between a little girl and her father passing by, also could easily here elevator everytime it functioned.

If it’s a Non-Smoking they should abide to ALL types of smoking. Hallway smelled terribly like weed weather medical or not it’s still unpleasant odor. Shouldn’t have to leave Hotel room smelling like weed. Also felt unsafe leaving my car in parking lot with people hiding and drinking on the side of the Hotel bushes.

We had to ask few things be replenished … bath gel was empty … only 3 keurig pods and those few were decaf. When checked in front desk lady was ok but less than interested all others as stated above were good.

Breakfast very good. All the things I rated well above. … especially cleanliness was important with virus …. I lived in Lakes for 30 years previously and the location for all my friend visiting and ASU etc was excellent … was convenient to highway to go anywhere else toooo. The young woman who kept the breakfast filled and floor cleaned was friendly and did 👍 good job as was woman who checked us out and man at desk helped us very pleasantly with WiFi etc when getting settled in

The location of the hotel and consequently our room, was adjacent to a busy intersection and was very noisy in the,early hours of the morning.

The room was huge wuth a really comfortable bed breakfast was generous although very little seating so we had to sit on armchairs and bend over a small table.

The elevator broke and our room was on the 6th floor, they did repair it fairly quickly.

I can always count on the Holiday Inn Express to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Rooms spacious. Would definitely go back.

Front desk staff Glacier was nice, professional and friendly. Our room was quiet and clean, bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. An A plus hotel that I would like to recommend to anyone

There was only 1 elevator working though the guests were always given priority use, I could see that it was difficult for the housekeeping staff. Also, water drained slowly from the bath tub. We were on the 6th floor so I’m not sure if that was a reason for the slow drain.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay and very good customer service especially with their front office/reception staff. They really helped us a lot. We also appreciate the good hot breakfast and the available coffee any time of the day and that it was very near a mall and other eating places.

For this stay I have both negative to say even the small breakfast area was good.

The property location was perfect for our family weekend fun. Phoenix Zoo & Lego Discovery Center. we all enjoyed our room it was great , beds where amazing I slept with so good.
