Parking lot was dark. being 2 women, felt uncomfortable. breakfast was not much!!! went about 8:15. eggs, what was left was dried up, really had my heart set on those holiday inn cinnamon rolls!! there were none. sausage gravy looked dried up. was told I just needed to stir it. pancake machine was broke and told it had been broke for some time.

The place was pretty filthy, the side door was broken, so it never locked. The room was okay, until I laid down in a crater in the mattress, was very uncomfortable to say the least. We found a snickers bar under the beds overhang. Didn't dare to eat it though, so can't say if it was still good.

Room 209 needs repairs. The carpet outside the bathroom has a large stain from a probable bathroom leak. The bathroom floor needs replacing as it is "soft," again from a leak. The lamp shades are cracked. The view was of the roof from another part of the hotel. Room needed a good vaccuming.

Stay would have been better if just once our room had been cleaned. Each morning we requested the room be cleaned only to find each day when we returned to the hotel it had not been done. We spoke to the front desk every morning and night and were told it would be handled but it wasn't. Day 4 Housekeeping reported they cleaned our room but they had not. This was just disgusting...5 days of trash, 5-day pile of used, damp towels in the bathroom, no clean sheets, room not vacuumed, dusted, nor sanitized.

What breakfast? Coffee was consistently empty, food bins were empty numerous times, no milk, butter or yogurts in the fridge, no plates or silverware available. But I will say when food bins were stocked the food was warm and tasted good.

Room was horrible. Bathroom tub drain wasn't working properly very slow drain. Bath tub faucet was broken, ceiling had a water leak and floor had cracked holes and toilet had urine at the bottom. Wall outlet was coming out of wall with big hole. Bed was very uncomfortable you can feel the springs from it.

They need to make sure key machine is working at all times, house keeping should be available on request not to tell a customer that you can only get house keeping before 10am.

Floors are dirty ants and bugs on the carpet staff refuse to clean told me to go to another hotel. Unprofessional staff and internet is terrible never works very slow had problem to use laptop and kids iPad boring inside hotel very bad hotel not recommended

Terrible facilities with no cleaning. Had to request housekeeping three times and finally on our 4th day of 5 day stay, they came to clean our room and give new linens and towels. Along with the uncleanliness, there were so many things broken and wrong that shouldn’t have been. Electrical closet on the 5th floor for example, was unlocked and open our whole stay which isn’t safe. They had a smoke detector covered with tape. And then the paintings on the wall aren’t attached properly. One almost fell on my minor child and almost crashed into his head. Dangerous.

Room was semi-dirty, wallpaper peeling, hallway had food trash laying on floor near elevators for several hours, dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut and hot water took forever to come thru. Also, the reservation was somehow switched from double queen to single king. Dirty, used condom in elevator and had to wait over 20 minutes for clerk to appear at front desk for check-in. No coffee in the room and coffee in the lobby was awful.
