Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesDining facilities weren’t available due to staffing issues. Cleaning service not available daily due to staffing issues. Pet fee was issued which was not disclosed when booking only upon arrival. Sleeper mattress was horrible.
Room was big enough for my family. The mattress for the king was better than expected. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Location is difficult to beat. Restaurants in the area are very good.

Nice staff and very clean. If I knew this hotel allowed pets, I would not have stayed here, but the only way I found out was because I saw a few people taking their pets outside, again it was bery clean and quiet

. The front desk attendant , Shanice was very courteous and helpful in changing from the first room that smelled of mold or mildew perhaps. Then to another room where the linen was dirty but that’s bit her fault.

United StatesBlankets had stuff all over them, it was super dusty (they’re low staffed) and blankets weren’t changed knowing stains were on them, their were hair strands on bed and Bobby pins laying on side tables which indicates nothing was wiped down at all, because if it was the Bobby pins would have been seen and their wouldn’t have been tons of dust on everything. Pool was super dirty as well. I would have added more pics but it was late with the kiddos when we got in but the pic added was between the beds which was night stand! Given the fact of COVID going around they should want to keep their guests safe by sanitizing and keeping germs down and away from everyday travelers.
The front desk was awesome and the young girl with the long hair who is mixed was super sweet and helpful and I wish I could spell/ pronounce her name ♥️

United StatesThe staff --- they were having computer issues or something when i arrived -- i waited - no eye contact, no acknowledgement, no "we'll be right with you" i stood for so long, i ended up sitting down (1 set of 3 ppl ahead of me) finally after the other people left i walked up to the desk and yet again, barely any eye contact, "oh you're checking in" --- had to go 3 times to the room because keys didn't work --- 2 x to one room and 1x to last room that still wouldn't open with keys --- the guy working there pulled out his orange hammer and tried to bang the magnets loose --- still no luck - they let me in my room with a regular key and when i asked how i was supposed to get in my room if i left they said oh we can let you back in.--- wth?..and no don't blame this on covid and lack of personnel...a little bit of customer service, acknowledgement, ownership would help - a high schooler has better interpersonal skills....

United StatesI feel disappointed for a Holiday Day Inn, bathroom curtain was filthy, pool had weird insects, water was cloudy and no bath towels. Trash everywhere. The room was dusty and smell humid. Ice machine was broken. No toilet paper in the room.
