Pool needs a deep cleaning. The 2nd night the pool ran out of towels and had hardly any tubes. The room is echo-ey. Fair but of hall noise.

Water park is the main attraction. We booked a family room, and it was so nice & big. We love the location of this hotel. That bit of country driving to get there is gorgeous.

Our room was very outdated and looked unclean. We were booked in the outdated part of the hotel. The hotel does not accept cash payments.

The water park was fun and warm. The breakfast was good. Staff were generally friendly.

It started ok. Very clean and nice room. Later realized no hot water. The traffic noise was terrible. Half the lights did not work. In the am the TV did not work. There was a leak under the sink but we did have luck warm water. The good thing was when I reported our issues they were very quick to apologize and explain they were renovating. They gave us a compliment breakfast and took 40$ off the bill. This was more than acceptable. The staff was great especially the waitress.

I don’t mind paying higher money for good amenities. The waterpark was awesome but the room itself needed some work. The couch and chair in the living room was very very uncomfortable. The sinks did not drain. It was very frustrating that we couldn’t bring in our pizza to the pool because we didn’t buy it there. But more importantly, I got a drink in the bar and I couldn’t bring it in because I didn’t order it at the right window. So, I snuck it in. Too many unimportant rules.

Water park was great - super with the safety and the lifeguards. Nice size water park. Room was great size. We had a couple problems in the room and the guy that came to help was so so nice. All staff was very nice.

The beds were caved in and caused back pain. The TV was very small. The price of the room was more than quoted by over $50. The price of food at the food place in the water park was extremely expensive.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a lot bigger than expected. Water park was fun. It was next to a gas station and restaurant, we could walk to them which was nice. Next to parks and golf courses.

it’s a little dated in the pool area could certainly use a power washing before refilling. The women’s locker room was nasty. then again, it was also really busy during Spring break.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The shorter lady at the front was very sweet, the other one was a little more pointed than necessary. The lifeguards are very reasonable and kind! Even the staff in the concession stand were friendly, although they were really busy.

It was under construction so long walk. Beds were not comfortable. The heat would not go up past 68 in any of our rooms. Icy parking lot

Unfortunately, the water slides were not in working order when we went. We were told that there was something frozen (water) on the outside of the slide. They did have one slide on for about 2 hours and then nothing for the rest of that day. We were leaving the next day and the staff said with warmer temps expected that it should be up and running the next day. The hotel did take $40.00 off of our bill but it would have been nice to have been offered a free stay for another time to enjoy the water slides.

Our family went to the hotel/Waterpark for our Christmas present. We had 6 people and got the family suite which fit all of us comfortably and I liked the storage and room for handing jackets etc. the staff did their best in a difficult situation. They were as helpful as they could be.

There was a hole covered in the front door, used 1/4 left body wash left for us, very hard uncomfortable beds, only cable to watch a movie- very out dated, had to pick time to watch a movie and wait verses aromatic streaming or pay per view , no cups or coffee in lobby in am.
