Once we entered the room to settle in, I turned on the TV and it did not work. I tried to see what the problem is and could not figure it out. Finally, I called the front desk and they said the hotel is switching providers. There was no mention of this downstairs or sign when I checked in on August 7th. That was disappointing. Plus, the bathtub did not have a plug stopper, therefore my mother was unable to take a bath. Lastly, we were never given a ice bucket, which we were promised to be given by an hotel employee from downstairs and the hotel's restaurant were not accessible, no complimentary breakfast, which is a part of the amenities of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was closest to the freeway. Appreciated the parking pass and we were able to check-in a bit early.

The bed is old or something since it tacos when slept in. Which makes it hard to sleep in. Hot water is switched with the cold. TV signal wasn’t working.

This property is in a clean and safe area. The staff was fast at helping our needs.

Not enough pillows and towels. Room was not made up for our next night stay, so we had to do it ourselves. Dirty furniture and bathroom. When we arrived the TV and phones were not working. Most staff seemed to be high school students that didn't seem engaged or bothered to help. We asked for towels and none were sent up, so had to go downstairs and beg for some towels.

No Manager on site. They charge a fee now if you ask for a 1 hour later checkout. Restaurant was closed down and not advertised on the website. No plugs in room to charge your phone or iPad. Room was old and dirty, especially the bathroom and tub. Needs renovation badly!!!

We didn't get breakfast cause the restaurant was closed down which wasn't listed on the website. The location was great for Kaiser Hospital. The hotel has deteriorated significantly since it changed from a Holiday Inn to a Wyndham.

There was no television stations. Got to our room, turned on the tv. Went through every channel, and nothing. Called the front desk and stayed on hold for a long time. I just hung up. Then the next morning went to go make coffee and the coffee pot was dirty inside. Told the front desk. Apparently, they were changing television companies and never mentioned it.

I was able to sleep all night. It was quiet.

The front office worker was a sweetheart however you could tell they are very understaffed unfortunately causing them to be very stressed out and not the smoothest check-in.

This location was absolutely perfect for a one night stay on a road trip. The beds in the room were very comfortable and the room itself was very clean.

Could not believe it took 50 minutes to check in - There was a long line going out the door into the parking lot - There was only one lady checking people in and she took 10 - 15 mins for each person - People were extremely irritated- Some were cussing- Others said they would never come back again … We all could not figure out what was talking her so long just to check us in - we had conformation numbers - ***I HAD SEEN THE SAME COMPLAINT ON THE REVIEWS- The management said they were sorry and would fix it, but never did - I was there at 5:45 pm and like others in line wanted to watch the Warriors Championship Play offs (started at 6 pm) - Didn’t get in the room until half time - The accommodations were nice, but I will never stay there again- There was a man sitting at the check in desk as well, but he was constantly on the phone & did not check a single person in…

The room was clean and had some modern updates - The bed was comfortable- The air conditioning worked well & wasn’t too loud - Found parking although there were a lot of construction trucks - Lobby was nice - Felt safe for a single woman traveler- Location was close to freeway

1. The light fixture on one side of the bed it did not work. I switched the lightbulb with a fixture that did work but the fixture still didn’t work so it wasn’t the lightbulb. 2. The fan in the bathroom made a terribly loud noise when turned on. 3. there was no sign indicating where the ice machine is. 4. The ice machine is very slow; I had to hold the button in for about a minute to get enough ice to cover the bottom of the ice bucket.

It was very dirty and worn. The bathroom was dirty and the floors in the hotel to. To get to room we passed lying trash on the floor. The rooms were very old and things were broken (eg. coffee machine; holder for towels etc)

Flickering room light was creepy. Substandard AC unit was very loud and didn't work very good. Definitely can't sleep while it is running. Neighbors were very loud and we could hear their TV through the wall.
