The outside pool was gorgeous! That said, a key card was not required for pool access, and there were a few teens hanging around and smoking for hours.

Clean, huge room! Wonderful hot free breakfast! The check in person was competent and kind.

I loved everything!!

The staff is 5 stars for me and the rooms are also 5 star. Very clean rooms!! And plenty of restaurant near. I live in the Dallas area so this was are staycation for the 4th of july. And it was like we never left home. Highly recommend this Hotel!!

it was advertised that there would be a hotplate in the room. I stayed there for eight days and was told that there were not any available. Therefore, we had to eat out every day and that got expensive after a week.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was near anything you wanted to eat and some entertainment.

Our refrigerator was broken and made a strange annoying sound. Also I don't recommend getting the room on the first floor with the doors to the stairs and to the outside. (right outside the rooms door.) It was very loud and woke me up a few times both nights that I stayed there. One of the times It was so loud I thought someone was trying to come in our room.

The staff was mediocre and I think I’m being generous using that word. I was not greeted when I checked in. There was no ‘Hello’ or ‘How can I help you?’ The front desk staff was using word economy. All he said was ‘license and credit card’ and ‘room xxx.’ In the morning when I asked where I could find the carts, the front desk staff said ‘over there.’ She did not bother pointing in the right direction.

The room and amenities were great. The room was large and comfortable. The refrigerator was full size with an ice maker. The off leash park is awesome if you travel with a dog.

Rooms sound hollow and echo so badly that you could not have a conversation without other rooms complaining. It was unbelievable and remenesant of the quiet place...Speak and be killed (kicked out). Could not even watch tv. I will never stay here or with this hotel chain again. I've never seen or heard anything like it.

Internet connection and Wi-fi were totally unavailable in the room during my entire stay and I had to come down to the lobby to get Internet connection, which was not stable either. As I was on a business trip, it was quite problematic. Staff couldn't do much about it either because it was a hotel-wide problem. Hope that it is fixed now. Regarding other areas, I am satisfied, e.g. location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, etc.

The hotel is nice and clean. My issue was the noise level from outside and through the thin walls. My room was located a few floors above the pool area, in addition, we heard stomping and loud talking from upstairs and next door. I did not sleep well due to these issues. It was very late around 1:00 a.m. before the noise subsided.

the overnight supervisor

where do I began, the supervisor was being a real jerk , as well as they took our room that was booked and for a two queen bed room . when I showed the supervisor he act as it was a “oh well” moment. he told use they would could get another for a “ discount “ which he then set up me and my friend in a smelly king one bed room suit, and instead of apologizing about it he asked “are you okay? because it don’t look like your okay” and told us “we could stay elsewhere”…….. but they messed up on our room. we decided not to stay that same night and he then stated well I have to charge you the amount for the night and I told him I wasn’t paying anything for where I am not staying he then says” you will be if the room supplies are used and the he proceeds to walk from around the counter to the room on the first floor to check and make sure we weren’t lying we we told him we didn’t touch anything in the room . i was shocked and appalled that he act so horribly as a night supervisor and he was not professional at all and would not recommend nor come back to this place ! and not to mention this was my second time going to this location and they messed up my rooms and booking before.
