We stopped at the front desk to ask for more toilet paper. They said they’ll bring some right up. It took the staff over an hour, almost two hours, to bring some up. They only brought more because we had to stop at the front desk to ask again. Besides the waffles, the hot breakfast consisted of warmed up frozen breakfast sandwiches. There also weren’t many breakfast options to choose from.

everything excellent, the perfect location since we were there for a medical visit. Since you arrived at the heated parking lot, you know that you are going to a good place, the place is generally super clean, the person who attended us at check-in was very friendly and attentive, we had 6 hours of travel and they made my girls happy at night with some crayons and coloring sheets, it's little details that count a lot. The excellent room is very clean and modern with everything you need from kitchen items to the basics for personal hygiene of excellent quality. without a doubt my favorite place in omaha from now on.

Only one parking spot per room and they charge $9 a night which isn't mentioned anywhere. Charged $50 per fee for a service dog (which is free everywhere else), and was not mentioned during check in that there would be a fee for the dog regardless. No spa, small sized pool.

The parking should have been free and or at least been made aware in the property description that there was a fee. No towels were in the room and had to change room because the shower curtain was gone. For the price I paid through Booking.com I expected better. I will not be back.

I found 4 used bars of soap left in my room and a used tooth flosser, all in very open spaces that shouldn’t have been missed by house keeping. When I requested housekeeping, which is the only way to get it daily, they still did not come in a clean my room as requested. The thought is that if the little things were missed what larger things weren’t done, changing the sheets, cleaning the dishes in the suite etc.

The room was very spacious and the layout was very nice. The the lobby was clean and it was nice they had coffee/hot chocolate/tea available 24/7. Because of the location, unpaid parking options are slim, but the garage options are nice and spacious, doesn’t feel like you’re going to go another car at every turn.

I drive ztrip and always take Saturday into Sunday off and stay at a Hotel to have me time. Have to say this is my favorite and hopefully can stay every Saturday. Staff, room, everything was absolutely awesome..thank you!

Understaffed and the staff on hand were slow to respond to requests. Towels were in short supply. Pool area was cold, as in the air conditioner was on and so the air when you got out of the pool was very cold, which made the pool experience not enjoyable at all. The biggest problem was the my husband got trapped in the elevator!! When we were headed downstairs to breakfast before check-out, we spotted 2 maintenance workers on our floor, checking the elevators, which indicates that THEY KNEW THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS HAVING PROBLEMS, but did ABSOLUTELY nothing to communicate that to guests. My husband left the kids with me in the breakfast area & boarded the same elvator to go back to our room, but got stuck. He tried the emergency button in the elevator several times, but no one responded to him, so he called me. I then went to the front desk & was informed by staff that they were handeling it, meaning they had called the fire department. He was in the elevator a good 30 minutes before an emergency crew arrived. Not once did staff update me or my husband about the situation. My kids & I were the only people waiting in the lobby, but no one ever approached us with an update. Staff finally put a printed sign on the elevator after my husband had been stuck in there for about 40 minutes. They didn't even have a sign up by the time the fire department arrived! The staff response to the whole situation was deeply dissapointing. They literally did nothing for us, no communication, no apology, nothing. And they knew that the elevator was having problems. That's clearly why their maintance workers were investiating. We saw the maintenance manager once during this whole ordeal, saw him leave & then literally never saw him again. Every staff member at every single level handled the situation so poorly. I was shocked.

Our room was great & clean. Lobby was clean. Coffee & breakfast areas were clean. Breakfast offerings were as expected.
