what i didn't like is that when i checked in, i told the man at the front desk that when i check out i wanted to pay cash, he said ok. when i went to check out, i was told that they do not accept cash. how does 1 employee not know that. that irritated me and was the only thing that i did not like about my stay.

The room was clean and spacious. not sure why we had a handicap room, but the bathroom was spacious as well. the bed was very comfortable. there were 3 restaurants directly across the street. there is also a shopping center with additional restaurants near.

Breakfast was disappointing — no plain eggs. Just a burrito with eggs and other things in it. So there was nothing for a diabetic person to eat except Canadian bacon. Everything else was loaded with carbs: potatoes, bread products, and sugary cereals and yogurts. Shower drain was almost completely clogged.

If it was cheaper it would have been exceptional! Also, it would be great to have car charging facilities on the property soon and having extended breakfast over the weekend to 1030am would work perfectly with late a check-out!

What I liked most is that the standard check-out time is 12 - later than most. We were also allowed to check in earliet than the scheduled time - but this may have been luch. The front desk staff were friendly and the room clean and orderly, as expected

If you're making me complain, the toilet seats slammed down loudly.

We liked the room. Didn't eat breakfast. Location was great; we just didn't pick the best location for where we had to go in Baltimore and surrounds. But it was fine.

I feel what needs to be improved is the fact that families come here to have reunions and I feel that we were not being loud or disturbing the peace however when more than 4 Black people gather together here come complaints of other guess feeling intimidated, we came to enjoy the pool area , Basketball court, lounge around next to the pool , but when you gather being Black other Guess feel intimidated , so we get asked to break up the crowd or not be so aggressive? were like Huh who is being aggressive, I guess our good time felt like aggression to the other guess , next year we will be renting an Air BnB for our family Reunion! where we can be together and not discriminated against! not to mention we rented out 16 rooms in this Hotel!!!

Card key did not work. I made three trips to the front desk to reprogram the Card Key. After many attempts it worked one time. Fearing we would be locked out my wife stayed in the room. I told the front desk how many times I had asked them to check my key. I asked them to send someone to check the lock. He had to replace the lock.

I didn't like that someone tried to come in while I was sleeping. when I shouted I'm in here they closed the door but was not told who it was. It made me feel unsafe.

I like that it gave me a comfortable and warm place to stay away from home. it's also neat a lot of shopping and places to eat.

Not very handicap friendly. I had major surgery and gave to walk with a walker. The three rugs near the entrance are nasty for handicapped. The elevators are all a long walk from the lobby.

I asked for a room close to the elevator and they gave me a room farthest from the elevator. I am handicap they should have informed me prior to my arrival i don’t know if I will be back ………?…..?……….
