old, rust bathroom shower bars, smell of drug smoking throughout the building, didn’t always have breakfast available when they said, the dishes are cheap and disgusting, they don’t clean the remote control, the carpeting needs to be replaced, and pillows are cheap and worn out.

As soon as we entered the room, there was an overwhelming smell of smoke emanating from it. We requested the front desk to give us another room which they did. And guess what, this one had bugs!

only sign designating which hotel it was is covered by trees. room was not clean; floor was sticky; microwave was dirty- had food & hair in it; sink was not clean; bathtub/shower acrylic/plastic handle used to get in and out of tub was stained with dark mold. Shower curtain too small to keep water from getting all over the floor. online it said free breakfast included- I don’t consider oatmeal and coffee breakfast… I wouldn’t even call it a continental breakfast ( no breads, no fruits, no jams/jelly). bedsheets were rough and worn. when trying to checkout, no manager or anyone other than cleaning staff were available… I was told they were running late! so I left without a receipt or proof of checking out… cleaning lady said she would tell them I checked out & I would receive an email confirming I had checked out… still no email

There was a lot of dried mud in the parking lot from where dirt had washed down out of the landscaping, and it made the property look junky. It wouldn't have taken much to shovel it back into the nearby planters.

The location was convenient and easy to access. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should.

The shower was slippery, the bed had fleas, no plates, cutlery, cups, and breakfast was a joke. I went down at 6 am, 7 am and 9 am to see if anything would be put out that would resemble breakfast. ( a couple of oatmeal packets and a few granola bars, coffee that I don't drink) There was a family sleeping in the reception area very disturbing (a young girl and a mother) No staff with knowledge of the area at night or at the counter from 6am - 8 am to ask about breakfast.

The pillows were perfectly soft, and the refrigerator, tv, and microwave worked.

Wish they had coffee machines in the rooms. Would love to see a Keurig Machine next time we're here. The coffee in the lobby was okay, but much weaker than what we're used to. Breakfast was oatmeal bars or instant oatmeal. Coffee "creamer" was high sugar -- not good for someone trying to keep blood sugar down. No milk available.

The place was a dump. I will never stay there again and probably never use booking.com again.
