The drains in the sink and bathtub did not work. The refrigerator did not work. Not only did the fridge not work, the inside of it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. So disgusting.

Breakfast was poor, waited 15 minutes after asking for the food to be replenished at 730 when it goes till 9. There was no sausage, eggs or hash browns. They brought out hashbrowns right away, about 10 minutes later they brought out lukewarm sausages. We ate toast and left. Never did see any eggs. The kitchen also was dirty

Ramada, has been renovating the hotel. They have been taking out the carpets and putting lament flooring, it's so much cleaner. The breakfast was good, they had hot scrambled eggs, sausages and hashbrown, as well as the norm of cereals, toast/bagels, muffins, fruit and waffles. I was able to bring my pet in for a charge, without any problems. However you might want to bring your own toilet paper, the one ply is see through.

The parking lot was underwater. The sidewalk to our door A2 had not been shoveled and was covered in dog feces! Disgusting! The heater in our room ran 24/7 and was very noisy.

Our room window was facing the pool. There was someone in there room smoking Marijuana which drifted out into the hallway.

Waited at least 15 minutes to check in at 11pm because we couldn't find the front desk employee. Carpet seemed old and there was a huge iron melted mark on it. Coffee maker was broken. Beds not super comfy.

Little run down. Homeless folks sleeping next to back parking lot. Seen from our ground floor window. Old/broken motel room furniture stored in hallway one room down.

The price.

Entrance is easy to miss due to street pattern. Grass pet area was wild and no lights for night visits. Trash in parking lot. Rooms need lots of upgrades and maintenance. Cracked tiles, doorknob in bathroom falling off

Not sure how your hotel got the wrong expiry date on my credit card but it got things off to a bad start. Also, was a bit disappointed that the hot tub was no longer available. One of the main reasons I decided on your hotel…

Beautiful room. The bed was very comfortable. Only issues were noise (by ice machine and people going in and out through the side door) and the fact that your hot tub was unavailable.

The grounds were over run with weeds but don't let this put you off. The room was great and the inside pool were very nice.

The room was spacious and the older period furniture was great. The coffee and eggs at breakfast were fabulous.

The shower head was so low would had to kneel in the shower. Also so many children loudly running and barking dogs left in . Very hard to relax!!

The main room had very dirty ceilings and poorly painted walls. The bathroom shower was not designed for someone over 5’5”

Shower head was very short. At 6’3” i had to completely duck under the shower head just to wash. Bathroom was very cramped with only 2 towels despite being a room for 4. Thermostat didn’t work and the room was 59 degrees when we walked in. Fitness center was closed.

It was a internet issue. I was in line to check in but took at least 15-30 minutes because of computer issues. I was not able to get paperwork because computer issues. I was surprised that the structure was not well maintained. The outside doors would not open by card. I believe the building needs some improvements. I did sleep well. Again I liked the staff. They made the difference.

The staff. The staff was a blend of many people. I enjoyed the breakfast person. He was friendly. Food was ok. I enjoyed the Christian music.
