Sheets were unironed and looked as though they had not been changed. When I questioned it with staff they told me they don't iron bedding. Outside area was filthy. Room was clean but stained carpets and very dated. Loo was loose from wall. Whole things needs some tlc, but it was cheap, i guess you deffinatly get what you pay for.

It was close to motorway for our continued travel

The bed was very uncomfortable. The road to the hotel was too rough and they were out of supplies for breakfast.

The rates were affordable. The room was spacious.

I was very disappointed with the rooms. There were dead bugs in my room. The sheets and blankets in my granddaughters room were dirty with stains. Both rooms smelled like smoke and we had non smoking rooms. We were out late and had to go to the office to get our rom keys reactivated. Twice. That was an inconvenience.

The room smelled like mildew, n felt damp! I paid a $50 deposit, I did NOT SMOKE R DAMAGED ANYTHING! Can I please get my $50 back? WILL NOT BOOK HERE EVER AGAIN!

We were told out had a hot breakfast (waffles) but none there. We had dirty pillowcases. The shower barely drained. The receptionist in the morning said they couldn’t do something with the breakfast because they didn’t have more staff, but clearly she wasn’t doing anything and couldn’t be bothered to walk 12 feet away.

Very uncomfortable bed, dirty stains on sheets and comforter. Insects in the room, hair dryer barely hanging onto the wall. Lights not working, stains on the floors

carpet was not clean...no phone in the room...clock did not work....refrigerator did not work....bed was not comfortable...fire extinguisher had not been checked recently They seemed to be remodeling the top floor; so, things may improve later.

found out, after we checked in, that they did not have breakfast -- because of lack of staff.

My room could have used an update. Some furniture wasn’t 100% functional but I feel that the price directly reflected the condition. If someone wants perfection this is not the place. If you want value with professional kind staff at a cheap price this is definitely the place.

I had a room with a spa. The Inn is a small property and I like that. The staff was extremely friendly and the desk clerk went above and beyond to work with me on what option was best for me since I booked through a 3rd party and not directly with the hotel. I asked for extra from housekeeping and although her cart was already stocked and accounted for, she still accommodated me. That meant more work for her, yet she maintained a smile and was kind the entire time.

Everything!!! Television remote did not work. Had to call the service guy to bring me another one. One of the bed lamp bulbs was out, had to get that fixed. The sink faucet leaked water when you turned it on, so I got set brushing my teeth, and washing my face. Had to stick a towel around to try and stop the water from running on the floor. Commode was loose, and rocked Everytime I sat down on it. Was overcharged $100 for the deposit, to protect me from doing any damage to the room. And the room was not even worth me being charged for possibly doing that. Then had to have the room inspected before I left!!! That was a DAMN INSULT TO ME!!! Glad I only spent $43.00 on the room, because it was not worth more than that!!! Will not be staying at that hotel/motel ever again!!!!

The ac could of worked better the service could of been way better and the rooms need to be cleaned every day not unless the customer tells you different

The breakfast was cold the coffee machine was broke . There was not many choices in food The ac was not working properly we had to clean our on room and we had to go take our dirty towels to exchange for clean ones

my room smelled like mildew and I started coughing the moment I walked in the door and went back to see if there was better room..the money for the rooms is not worth it and I will not be back.

Didn't eat it..I wasn't comfortable of the place..really nasty looking and I really would like some of my money back..that place needs a make over immediately!
