We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt was horrible. Breakfast was cold cereal. Waffles. A little bit of juice. No pastries. No eggs bacon. Staff was too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge us. It sucked. Do not recommend to noone. We asked where closest restaurant was. And they pulled out their phone. I could of done that. Not nice people This is my review. Nothing good.

United StatesHorrible service, reserved two beds, was given only one, as they run out of two bed rooms, even though that’s what I reserved. Few minutes before Evelyn at reception had provided a bunch of rooms to an organizer, including a new room (not reserved before) with two beds. I told her how bad that was and she didn’t even apologize, she asked me if I was ok with one bed, to what I responded what option do I have?, no foldable bed, no options. No accountability, she even mentioned that she had to call a few reservations to cancel as they were at 90% occupancy, which she literally just gave away to someone else. DO NOT book here, worst service ever.

United StatesThe hallway security door on the west end of the building did not close and lock securely when the wind was blowing. This was concerning to us. Also, we could smell someone had been smoking marrigiwanna in the building near our room. Management should make no smoking signs more visible and remind guests that there is no smoking (cigarettes, cigars, or marrigiwanna) allowed in the buildings.
The Quality Inn on Santa Rosa Street is conveniently located and the rooms are large and quiet. The full breakfast was included. It included waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. The price was a bargain and there is plenty of parking.

United StatesThe customer service is horrible. The front desk girl in the afternoon is very very lazy and has a horrible attutude and the morning girl is just rude as well. Then theres some guy that works at night i believe and hes also very rude and management doesnt care about anything. Plus the rooms are not very clean. Unfortunately we are very limited at the moment and cannot switch hotels. We have our newborn and 8 yr old with us and moved over to santa rosa from a few hours away. We are very tired and very stressed. The hotel has not made the relocation easy on us and its all just very overwhelming. Especially because how expensive it all is.
The breakfast is cool. But other than that everything else kind of sucks. From the location to the staff.
