Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWhen I walked in to register, I was met with a desk clerk/ manager who was very combative. After my credit card had been run, I mentioned I’d been charged twice for damage deposit a few days earlier and had problems contacting anyone at Red Roof to correct the issue. She blew up at me! Demanding I prove I’d been charged twice. She wants to see it on my credit card statement. I said, “Hey, just void my transaction and I’ll go someplace else. “ She refused to void the transaction!! But, offered to wave the damage deposit , as long as I sign a form ( I travel with a service dog). Ok. Then I asked if there was going to be a problem in the morning when I come for breakfast. I’ll have my dog with me, and the last time they tried to refuse access. Things went well until I asked for a paper copy of my bill- The same manager/desk clerk. She was forcefully placing papers and pens etc. she hit the stapler so hard I thought she cracked the counter top. And basically flung the receipt at me. I said,” Thank you.” And left. Will I refer anyone to that place?? No chance!!

United StatesThe bed was a little firm for my liking. Breakfast choices were very limited; they had oatmeal packets, bread, and a couple of bagels. Beverages were limited to coffee and milk. Powdered creamer packets were provided, but there was no other coffee creamer available.
The location was close to local eateries and points of interest. Very easy highway access but quiet overall. Red Roof is our hotel of choice because they let us bring our pets for free.

United StatesThe only issue I had was with the bed. There's a metal boxspring for the top mattress that is horribly loud when you sit down and when you move around. It squeaks and pops. Which made me sit in the chair more, which isn't comfortable either. I ended up sitting in the office type chair because it was more comfortable than the other one.
My room was nice for the price and it was clean. The public area was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay again.
