Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Statesthere was a lot of dust on surfaces in the bathroom. The room was humid feeling no matter how cool we kept it and the AC was LOUD! The bathroom door wouldn’t stay just a little open, if it went past a certain point, it would swing all the way open and slam against the main door. Disappointed the bar/restaurant was closed and I wasn’t informed until the day before through email.
The hotel is nice, modern decorated and mostly clean.

United StatesThe only problem i had was when i got charge a extra 136 an noone can explain why they took all my information manager supposed to come in at 4 pm never even recieved a call. I paid for my whole trip in feb and got told when i got there only thing i had to pay was 50 an it would get refunded like regular hotels seen the charge for 136 noone can explain it or tell me why but it just the point someone should know they getting charged a extra 136 an should be able to explain why.

United StatesI had to ask for hand soap. There weren't enough towels in the bathroom for the number of guests in the room. The sheets didn't fit the bed, which made it lumpy. I had booked a king-size bed with a pulled out sofa, but we ended up with two small queen beds that felt like a full-size.

United StatesI did a request as soon as checked in for daily housekeeping and clean towels. Request that was never accomplished. I did a second request the girl at the reception didn't even ask for my room number she only said OK. Second request was never accomplished either, the reality was that housekeeping was never done in my 5 days stay and I had to request the clean towels. I also saw at least 4 bugs in the room. By far worst hotel I’ve been!

GermanyThe cleanliness was the worst I did experience at many hotel- stays I do have since more than 15 years. In the first room I got was a cockroach in the bath room and many hairs (from previous guests or from personnel stuff?). It wasn't cleaned at all. After complaining I got another room. But this wasn't cleaned too! Again hairs in the bath room. Crumbs everywhere at the carpet, dirt- spots at the blanket of the bed and onto the dessert and other cabinets. Some trash (I guess) from the guest before. Basically, the Hotel shows such a condition (the carpets in the lobby and the sofa/couch are even dirty and worn out). This hotel has had its best times years ago and needs to be total renovated immediately!
