The breakfast was disappointing!! I had no idea it was $19 for the buffet! No signs were posted on pricing. The only time I saw staff was when she handed me the bill!! My choice was 3 spoons of scrambled eggs, and a small danish slightly bigger MAYBE than a silver dollar!!

The walls are very thin. You can hear toilets flush and the family in room 418 had kids that were bouncing a ball on our connecting wall well past midnight. I had to call the front desk. It still continues for an hour after that.

The shuttle service was only for certain times - I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service but ended up having to uber everywhere because it wasn't available when I needed it unfortunately. Also the TV guide/menu didn't work so I had to scroll through each channel to find something to watch. There isn't a big light, so in the evenings it was quite dark (which is great for getting good sleep but not great when you're trying to find a specific item in your dark suitcase).

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food options were nice, exceptional service at the restaurant. The room was comfy - I ended up getting a virus during my stay (which was horrible!) but the bed was comfy and I was able to get food delivered to me while I was recovering. Bathroom was clean and modern. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

The pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. It looked like blobs of dust. There weren't many channels to choose from on the TV in my opinion.

Every time I would turn on the faucet it would spray water everywhere on the sink and it was very loud. The shower dripped as well

The hotel was very well maintained. The staff was helpful when the key card didn’t work. Some indie has to fix the battery on the door. They cane up immediately to help. The food was excellent and I loved the outdoor seating area

Some downsides were that our microwave that was located by the vending machine was bad. It didn't work and was outdated. The vending machine also didn't work. The doors said that they locked the sliding doors at 11 which made us feel safe but when I came in at 1 am, they were wide open. Breakfast is also not included and an additional price which is not something you typically see.

The location of the hotel was very easy to get too. It is not too far from many restaurants, cute downtown area and gas stations. It was a very quick, easy check in. The lobby was beautiful and so was our room.

I believe the first night there was prostitution going on in the room next to me. Lots of sex going on next door all night. With people coming and going. I complained to the front desk. I ran into this problem at a Hyatt in Schamburg a few years ago.

When there was a problem with my first room the front desk staff asked if I wanted to change rooms and they did it immediately.

I have not found any problems with this facility. We are leaving for the future plans we have to get a new place in the future.

The front desk is very helpful and considerate towards our needs and helped find us the best accommodations for our stay here while we are in a big town! We are happy with the entire experience of our stay here.
