Breakfast - products of no good quality and food not well prepared nor tasty. It was definitely the downsize of my stay.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Quick check in and check out. Gym room was good - could have a booklet with examples of the use of equipments (a suggestion). Many restaurantes, cafes, bars, around.

They turn on by default their new "cleaning on demand" service or something like that, which means they won't clean the room and change towels and linens until you ask them to. I can understand the reasons for such decisions, but it reduces the overall comfort of staying there.

We really liked the service and hospitality of the hotel staff, they welcomed us and showed us in a friendly manner all the main amenities of the hotel, showed us to the parking garage. All rooms are bright and clean, we booked the High room and the view was great despite the office building on the opposite side of the street.

The staffing and management were outstanding. They went out of their way to accommodate our family so we could get together and visit comfortably in the lobby. About 10 of us from all over the country, Mexico and England needed an informal place to visit and the staff made us more than welcome with comfortable, flexible seating.

Breakfast items were marginal at best. Hot food was usually too cold to eat & toaster items were limited. COVID is behind us. Room cleaning & towel replacement should be daily.

It’s location was perfect for out of town visitors. Ease of in/out for parking.

room was pretty big, with a separate bed and lounge zones shower - fairly big (esp compared to other locations) everything one needs is inside (along with iron and ironing board) close to a subway, and airport connections

The parking entrance was difficult to find- I had to call the hotel to tell me where it was.

The bathroom vamity was updated, huge and was great for 2 people. Well lit.

The pillows were.very uncomfortable. The bed was not comfortable. I am suffering from neck pain and trying to recover. Over all the room was clean and cozy.

The breakfast was not what the Hyatt brand is known for. Most of it was frozen foods or prepackaged, none of the fresh foods we have enjoyed before.

The location was lovely, quiet and close to everything one would need - metro, CVS, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's etc. The staff were all super nice and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms and general property was nice and clean all round.

Nothing in particular, the management and the front desk were great to dela with the situation. More oriented to business that to tourism, but this is not a real issue...

We had booked for 2 adults and 2 children just before the 4th of July. As you may iumagine, place was fully booked. At the arrival, we were informed that because of needs on the booking our room needed to be changed. The management offered to have a king bed and a sofa bed instead of 2 queen beds. Also covered the cost of parking as compensation. Breakfast, although crowded, had plenty of options and tables.

Parking was a extra 25 dollars in the building. That extra cost was not stated anywhere ahead of time. Parked next door in a public parking garage for a less. Parking garage was closed on Saturday. Had to work with the management to get the car out of the ramp. That information was not posted anywhere.

Parking is $25 per night. Should be for free I asked for room service and the hotel site wasn't working, they told me I had to go to the reception to see the menu and I had to go again to pick up my food. Why they can't take it to my room ? INCREDIBLE
