Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI honestly could say the only thing could have been better was the morning breakfast. It was very limited because of COVID-19, but I do understand.
The housekeeper Tenika Was absolutely wonderful! She gave my family and I a sweet southern much needed welcome at our time of need. Our stay was because we evacuated because of Hurricane Ida. I really enjoy the whole experience. The night auditor was also amazing. Even the maintenance man made sure everything was working well while swimming in the pool! Just an overall good experience! Definitely will book again in the future

United StatesThird floor carpet just outside the elevator was disturbingly stained and unappealing. Needs to be cleaned or replaced if hopelessly stained. We were also given a room right beside the elevator -- not good for light sleepers. They were unable (unwilling?) to move us to another room, said they were booked for the weekend . . . although we were only there for a Thursday night.
The room seemed clean. Linens were fresh.

United StatesI have to say I was extremely disappointed in the quality of our room as far as cleanliness is concerned. I can’t remember a time when I have seen such visible dirt, dust and grime in an upscale hotel. I will not be able to return to your establishment until renovations are undertaken. I should hope you are in the process of re-doing your rooms, especially the bathroom where there was obvious black growth. Your staff was extremely courteous and your lobby was nice.

United StatesWhen I arrived there was still food in my refrigerator from the previous people that stayed in the room. The battery on the ac controls were low so I couldn't control the ac. When I complained they came up and got it to work for a few hours but never sent anyone to replace the batteries until I went down and complained again. The pool was a cloudy nasty color the first time we went to swim. Then two days later we went to swim again and the pool was a nasty green color. On top of that on two separate times there was a couple who were fighting in the hall at 5am in the morning. I know the hotel couldn't control the fighting. Then they have a sign by the front desk that if you need a microwave to request one. I stayed for 4 days and requested a microwave from the first day. I kept being told they didn't have any. Then why advertise to request one if you never have any available.The stay was an all around nightmare for the price that we paid to stay. I don't think I will be staying at this hotel again in the future.
Some of the staff at the front desk was nice and accomadating.
