Because of covid I feel like the rooms should be thoroughly cleaned once guests leave. The bathroom was horrible. Especially the toilet. I asked for stuff to clean the mess

The air conditioner was extremely loud and kept making a long clicking noise each time it cut out. This kept me waking up at night, perhaps a technician can check it out. I also had to give the front desk a $50 a night hold on my credit card. This was not outlined on the site which was annoying as I didn’t budget for it. Also they have a no cash policy which was also not seen on the site unless it was in small print.

I liked that the bathroom sink was located outside the toilet room, I liked the two long mirrors, the extra space and that there were a fridge and microwave.

From the entrance of the hotel is very inviting.. the fragrance I the air is very relaxing and clean cool and... truth is I can't find the words enough to express other than exceptional.

I truly enjoyed it there only thing my trip was too short. Next time I will stay longer.

We were on the 6th floor and had very little sound interruptions from the corridor but would hear horns and sirens from the street and off ramp. The last Hyatt we stayed at had the expresso coffee makers on the room, not having them was a significant emotional event.

Rooms were very comfortable and cozy. There hotel on the whole was quite nice. Breakfast was excellent. A nice selection of grains wand cereals, bread and fruit complemented the eggs and bacon or sausage options. Coffee could be stronger.

Looking tired, needs updating. Coffee machine didn’t work. Strange how the sink was in the main room outside the bathroom. Not much around & about. A bit too expensive for what it was.

Dirty room and sheets, no real “coffee bar or drink bar”, no real “market”, dirty work out room and closed pool. Also no real 24/7 restraint but just 3 menu item you can order from the check in counter.

The front desk staff made me feel so very welcome. I was celebrating my birthday, and they made sure I was happy while I was there. From the well wishes to the excitement for the big day. The recommendations and the hugs during check out all made me feel like I was with friends.

The bathroom is a little tight. The basin situation was a little tricky, as the faucet was not long enough. So there was always water spilling when washing your hands. Breakfast wasn’t very good but there is an Einstein bagel shop on the premises.

The room set up was very comfortable. The hotel was in a good location. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants (J Alexander’s restaurant was on the same property as the hotel), and to see family. Front desk staff, especially the ladies were just lovely. Seeing them every morning made our day. Kudos to them

The only point for improvement is the number of towels that were available but when I required them they provided them to me without delay.

Excellent quality of service from the staff in general but especially from Rita. My family and I are very grateful to Rita for her kindness and attention. In general, the hotel is an excellent option for families. The location, cleanliness and variety of breakfast make it an excellent option for the price.
