The price that I was quoted wasn't the price the hotel had for the same dates. I ended up paying 123.00 more then their website. The pictures of the rooms wasn't the same. There was things in the room like dressers and refrigerator that was broken and beaten up. The TV didn't work. And the manager was rude. Other staff was nice . On their website it said that they did military discounts and the manager said they didn't and staff looked confused. Floors where dirty. Breakfast was nasty.

I was unaware that the rooms were outside rooms. Upon entering my room the air conditioner was not on and the room was super muggy. The room looked very antiquated, and seems like no real upgrades or work had been done to it in quite some time. The bed was nice but the other fixtures in the room looked very old and over used. The bathroom had fixtures that were literally coming off the walls. The shower was nice, but needed a longer shower curtain as the short one spilled an enormous amount of water into the toilet area which made it hard to use as the area is very small. There was a constant leak over in the sink area that looked like it was in the wall coming from the ceiling. The leaking only got worse over the course of the night and I had to put a towel and trash can under the leak. The entire room needs an upgrade. From the front door to the carpet, to the cabinets, to the television and remote, there needs to be some serious maintenance done. Also, throughout the entire night there was someone outside the room screaming and smoking from midnight to 4a. They kept waking me up and they're dos not seem to be any security making rounds to address this.

The front desk staff were very personable and friendly. The young man gave a wealth of information and he was very pleasant.

Paying $25 a night to park at your own hotel is crazy..also my room didn’t have a working tv and i had to switch to another room and when i got to that one the refrigerator wasn’t working. The rooms are too dark and it’s just kinda pricey and doing too much when everything isn’t even in working order.

The room was definitely outdated. I opened one drawer from the dresser and closed it back quickly. The ceiling was patched up not in an appealing way. The shower curtain had a couple stains. The tv channels hardly worked. There aren’t enough parking spaces for the number of rooms in the hotel. Suggestion would be to buy the lot across the street and use it for guest parking.

The breakfast was good. Check in and Check out process was very easy. John at the front desk was really personable and helpful. I liked that the parking was in and out unlike the nearby parking lots.

The furniture in the room was very old and beat up. It doesn’t look like the picture smells like smoke. Had to be moved to another room because air condition didn’t work and the first one.

The room has dark and gave the impression of being dirty, which was confirmed when I saw a cockroach in the bathroom

The Loud party until 11:30 am on one of the nights we were there and loud patrons around 2 in the morning 2 other nights.

It smelled like weed and there was a trash bag over the smoke detector also the lamp on the right side of the bed the plugs did not work it was dusty and the cabinet the refrigerator was in was broken it was not up to my standards

The day staff attendant was very rude and told us we couldn’t park inside the garage until people checked out. We then paid and parked across the road and 5 min later we seen cars pulling out. I then called and asked if we could park inside the garage now and he said yes. When we pulled inside the parking garage, there were plenty of parking spots.

The curtains would not close, so we had to pin them together. The tall lamp didn’t work, and there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The toilet paper was sitting on the back of the commode.

We chose this hotel because of the location.

the beds only had sheets in them no comforter or blanket. Door was hard to open and the parking garage is a nightmare to get into and I just drive a Chrysler mini van.
