Great location. If you don't want to rent a car and want access to restaurants and stores this is a great location. It also has a great view. We really enjoyed it.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, mattress was a bit lumpy. Pillows were feather and extremely soft which was uncomfortable as well.

Location was great, easy walk to shops and restaurants. View from the balcony was amazing. Very clean studio. Nice pool. Great kitchen.

Arrival could have been better. Had no internet and waited for the code using the McDonald's wifi. But other than that, we have had a brilliant stay!

Building is dated and stairs were fine for us but if a perso has mobility problems it would be hard.

Quiet for sleeping, clean, well stocked kitchen, balcony, some availabile beach supplies towels and beach chairs and umbrella. Pool is small but clean and refreshing and hot tub nice to relax in. Host responds quickly to questions. Excellent location to walk was to central Kona.

This is a hidden gem. If I ever vacation in Kona again, I will won't even look for another place to stay. Two reasons: location and price. You can't beat either. The location is incredible and the price is an amazing value. The accommodations are small, but clean, very nice, and homey. Kitchen, fridge, nice shower, great bed/internet/tv....it even has beach chairs, snorkel gear, and a small beach cooler. It literally felt like I was staying at a friends local Hawaiian apartment while they were out of town. If you want resort luxury, this is not for you. However, if you want a place that is clean / quiet and really nice, you can't beat this. Why spend a lot on a hotel room when you are in Hawaii? Get out and explore and come back to a great place with walkability to bars, music, food, shops. I loved my stay and would do it again in a heart beat.

Bed alittle sunk in but not that noticable or a big deal

Great place to stay, cozy and clean. Had everything we needed and in great location, everything was close. Very quiet area and easy access with parking lot. Host was very accommodating. Would love to stay again if we ever visit again.

Great location! The host was more than helpful. It was walking to the downtown and had free parking. We used the Jacuzzi one night and the area was very quiet. We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time.

No oven or at minimum a toaster oven .

The location is amazing and the property has so many things to use at the beach . I had everything I needed ! I do wish tho there was a little toaster oven as there was no oven . Place was the perfect size , Host Rosalba was very kind and attentive as well as available for contact at all times . Will definitely stay again !!

The aged air conditioning unit was unable to maintain anything other than a sweltering temperature in the room at night which was therefore most uncomfortable.It needs an ‘aircon’ upgrade.

This is a well located property for access to Kailua. It is clean, tidy and very quiet. The facilities are generally good. So on this basis I would recommend it to others. BUT

Couches would benefit from some deep cleaning. The bed and some of the pillows were not as comfortable.

We liked the location. The kitchen was good. We were able to cook. Thank you for the various items we were able to use. Access to the property was easy!

The bed was very uncomfortable and it didn’t have enough sleeping pillows. Also, the laundry facilities had ridiculous hours, so we were never able to do any laundry.

The location was good and the kitchen had everything you could need for a longer stay.
