Little pricy due to season in Sarasota-Bradenton area.

After searching hotels online I'm glad I decided on this one. Good location. Room and bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice pool with covered chairs and tables. We had room across from the pool. Staff was friendly.

It is on US-41 and traffic was always busy.

The hotel is at very convenient location from Airport and near to the downtown area. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was continental at the price point of the room. Stayed there while visiting Lido Key Beach. it was about 10 minutes away. traffic was always busy.

All of the toilet paper and towels were soaked! It was someone took a shower dampened all the cloths and then no one changed them! There were marking on the toilet paper holder that indicated someone put whatever they were smoking out on. The room was sprayed with some nasty peppermint cover up spray. The pillows smelled like smoke. The place was just gross.

The only thing I liked was it was conveniently located by the airport.

Did not like any thing about it. Definitely needs to fix this property. Several things wrong including the door, cheap.

Smells, dirty doors. Old carpet, furniture, dark painted walls. Made me worry about bugs.

The manager was friendly and accommodating, but for that price we expected a much higher standard. No TV remote in the room and a malfunctioning refrigerator. No place to sit and eat breakfast. It suffices to say we will not stay there again, despite the nice staff.

It was close to The Ringling, the purpose of our visit.

There was nothing I did not like. For the purpose I was there. Everything was up to par.

The landscaping of the hotel is wonderful.The rooms always nice and cleaned. I am staying so frequently as I like the rooms and this property very much. There are variety of breakfast items available.

Did not met people with disability expectations.

The floor was not clean. I cleaned my feet when I arrived and I walked across the room and my feet were dirty black again. The bed was not comfortable, I could hear the cars passing at night, the handicap room did not have a tub adequate for the person with her disability. We were expecting a shower where she would not have to pick up her leg. Also, the air conditioner would turn off after a short period of time and make the room hot. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and this one did not measure up.

Old tired building painted to make it look new. Smelly room. Pool with no shade. Dodgy customers. Felt very unsafe. Didn’t stay the night for these reasons.

the coffee was not changed, there were coffee pods already used. very dated, the carpet was gross, the back of the toilet looked moldy, people smoking pot on the second floor, there was someone arguing at 6am outside our door. Looks like this hotel is used for people transitioning from streets.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Can't get clean towels and wash cloths when needed. The toilet seat wasn't screwed down so it slid all over the place.
