Neighbors were quite loud

Reception went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Location was great as it is close to all areas via public transport and taxi. Rooms were large and comfortable

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The room doors opened up onto the balcony which is outdoors, as opposed to an enclosed hallway inside a building - anyone can access the elevator to the floors which made us a bit unsure of our safety, however we had no issues safety wise during our stay!

Great location that suited us for our trip. Near to bus stops and shops etc. Friendly and welcoming staff. Modern and clean rooms.

I did not enjoy how little parking they had (2 small lots) in comparison to the amount of rooms they have. In San Francisco you want somewhere safe to park where you can see your car.

Upon arriving I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who kindly went through the process of checking me in and made friendly conversation as well as informing me about San Francisco. The room was small, as advertised, but large enough to have a comfortable area for my partner and I and our dog. Everything worked great, the beds were new and there was house keeping that did a great job cleaning up.

I did not like the noise from Lombard Street and that a sliding door facing the side of the street could not be secured, thus making it easy for any filthy intruder to enter and take your belongings Room #201

I liked that the place was clean, it didn't smell bad or weird like many others, I think what I paid for what I received was fine.

The only real concern was the noise from adjoining rooms and above kept us awake and as new guests go right by your bedroom it is not good. Kids upstairs were dragging chairs, dropping things and speaking loudly and people walking by the room would talk loudly and disturb us.

Great location for accessibility to Golden Gate Bridge Bridge ,Presidio,Marina area, Public Transport to Fisherman’s Wharf and Downtown. Good food options close by. Nice neighbourhood to walk around towards bay and Marina

The only bad thing is that you could hear all the noises from the room above and next door. It is as if the structure of the hotel had no division. if someone knocked on the next door it was heard exactly the same in ours and in the room above you could hear very strong footsteps. The good thing is that at dawn nothing was heard and we were able to sleep well.

I loved the location. You don't need a car to go around and explore so many restaurants, bakeries, and entertainment. I love the fact that Presidio Park is few steps away. It's so beautiful. The Palace of the Fine Arts, Crissy Fields are also very close. There's city bikes and scooters around for a more fun way to explore. Staff was super kind and make it so easy to get our room an hour earlier the check-in time. That meant a lot since we were super tired from flying 6 hrs to SFO. The room was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, the sheets and towels were clean and smell fresh all the time. No bad smells at all in our room. I felt very safe in that neighborhood. You could barely see a homeless in the area but nothing to feel worried about like in Union Square which looked like a horror movie. We can't ask for more for the price. Every big hotel was offering us a single bed for the three of us but here we had two queen size beds in a big room.
