I didnt like that we couldnt check in until 6pm because room wasnt clean

The location was a little difficult to get into due to having to build the building behind others, but once you learned where all the entrances were it became easy to get into and out of the parking lot.

All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful; the rooms very clean. Having breakfast at the ready saved time and the variety meant that the kids all got a bit of what they liked. Able to have our cat with us was also a bonus for us.

Me and my family had to move 3x the first room wasn’t cooling found soda cans under the bed towards the wall the second room they put us in the carpet was moist felt dirty/sticky floor was sticky 3rd room was okaaay and I had to settle there as to there was no more rooms available

No air in the halls...hot and humid. Ac in the room says 60...air temp is actually 78ish. Holes in the sheets. Thin walls/ceiling...the people above me were running and moving furniture all night long!

My husband I both have had back surgeries. The beds are a bit firmer than we prefer. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Always love staying here. Staff is friendly. Facilities are clean. Coffee is the best. Breakfast options are great. It's close to our grandbabies and so many stores and restaurants, so the location is awesome.

The 3 days i was a there NO house keeping i had to do everything myself and I even spoke to the house keeper lady that Saturday morning she left 2 towels and that wax it No cleaning whatsoever!

One of the ladies in the housekeeping room rolled her eyes at us when we asked for pool towels. It was very hot in our room. Our fist room at throw up in the sink we called down to the front desk and they kindly gave us another room.

The location was great. Basically in the middle of everything.

There was a dog fight on the second floor between a service dog and another dog. Someone deflated my right rear tire over night. Bed was not that comfortable, room needed updated.

Breakfast was ok about what most hotels offer... Room was clean, some signs of wear like in the bathroom area. Water pressure in sink wasn't the best but was fine for washing hands... Shower has awesome pressure. Perfect for helping wake up and get going. I did not try the coffee. I brought my own cold brew... But coffee us always available. Safe were friendly. The one person that was doing the food didn't have the best attitude as my kid did spill some orange juice... Once I offered to clean it up she seemed like she was in a better mood. But she seemed annoyed thinking that she was going to have to. Overall pleasant experience.... If you do want breakfast go early because there's not a lot left as time goes on.... We didn't check out the pool or anything else it was easy to get in and out of the hotel on to the main road. I did see some reviews about theft in the parking lot but I did not have any issues.

The lady at the front desk was dry and not really inviting, the rooms had a stale smell, the couch in the room was absolutely nasty, pet hair all over it, stained and had a weird smell as well as the carpet. Even though there was a good variety of items all the bread/ pastries were cold like they had just came out the refrigerator from the day before.

this location was close to home and was available, the bathroom was clean and nice variety of breakfast items , the coffee was good and nice variety of creamers and teas. nice quantity of towels

holes in our bathroom wall, dirty shower, one night the entire floor was engulfed in weed. I had young children with me so called the front desk to ask them to do something but they couldn’t identify where to smoke was coming from - because the entire hallway looked like a fire with all the weed smoke.

The AC in the room was lacking. Wouldn’t work on high, only low. The hotel is full of weird foul smells. Mildew in the rooms, sewage in the hallways, smoke in the stairs. The attendant Reyna was very unfriendly and unpleasant. Several homeless people camped out around the parking lot, but they didn’t bother anyone.

The morning front desk was very polite. The bed and pillows were perfect.

There was mold in the bathroom. Ceiling over shower peeling and look like there was water damage. The headboard was greasy and full of finger prints. I got some cleaner and cleaned it myself. When there is a big family make sure there are enough face towels to accommodate.

The food could of been better....The breakfast was ok except there was no flavor and found a hair in the potato's we all had cereal the following day. Also the room we was in we left early do to the strong odor in the room couldn't really determine if it was urine on the floor or just really moist and mildewy. The front desk lady tried to find another room but none available.

We've stayed here often. This was the first stay where the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The key didn't work, so after driving 4 hours, tired and in pain, we had to go back down to the front desk to reprogram the keys.

Friendliest service, cleanliness, breakfast, location. Best coffee ever!!!
