In my room there were coffee rings on the counter by the coffee machine and the walls of the shower looked like they needed to be wiped down. The balcony door latch wouldn't turn so I couldn't access the balcony. Not huge items but I would have rated everything excellent if not for those things.

The location was excellent on the beach.

I just would prefer NOT being on the 1st floor. This is the 2nd time I was booked on the 1st floor. It's a little too loud for me.

We've stayed here many times. Great location. Free Parking. Excellent breakfast. It's not fancy, but the pool is heated and Barry's Cafe (formerly the Outreach) is good, convenient, and reasonable.

Our description said beach view but had a partial view of the beach instead.

Very pet friendly. When we arrived to our room we noticed it was a bit stuffy & humid. Turned the air up some, waited for half an hr & still wasn't cooling. Notified the front desk, they sent a maintenance guy. He then said they need to change the air unit. So we left for a few hours to eat once we came back we noticed the difference so cold! My kids loved the breakfast. They have a little store by front desk, restaurant/bar out in the back of hotel. And easy access to the beach. Swimming pool was clean, even though it was a bit chilly kids still enjoyed it.

At check in, there was only one person at the front desk and was at the phone, so it took like 15 minutes to do check in until another person got there, pool water was cold.

Great location, has it's own beach access so that is great when you have kids, room felt recently renovated and clean, there was enough parking space and some attractions to see turtles and aligators just accross the street, breakfast was awesome.

Firstly dirty room was allocated with out cleaning it, and then after couple of hours they allocated a room without the beach view (though I have paid 30$ extra for that view) and then after requests and discussion, finally they had allocated a room that was requested. The Manager was not available and he came next day but not bothered to enquire about the facilities offered to me. Though the lady at the reception was so helpful and kind. I had to follow up with the manager repeatedly for maintenance activities. Later the Manager offered some discount while checkout due to the discomfort happened but he never showed up at the checkout time.

With your stay you can't control who you are next too and if they have pets....they are going to bark. Kids will be kids as well. The pool is outside and not heated, but in warm outside weather I'm sure it's ideal. There is no hot tub..that would be a beautiful addition.

I liked that it was family oriented and so close to the beach. I loved the breakfast set-up and the room was pleasant. Cleaning staff was prompt and friendly. We stayed over a week and loved it. Being near a beautiful pier was lovely as well. Having a eatery establishment near by was a plus as well. Food was delicious and prices were affordable.

The dinning room for breakfast could be a little be more friendly and not look so cold. It would be nice if there were green assigned areas for the dods.

We really enjoyed the room, the way to the beach had an easy access and breakfast was also good. The staff was very helpful and attentive at all times.
