The front desk staff was not friendly AT ALL. We were made to wait 7 minutes because she wanted to wait for her relief to check us in instead of her while she sat on her phone laughing. Never was politely greeted. My room had a dead cockroach next to the nightstand and another larger bug was in our room that we fought to kill. Notable stains on the bed sheets and the AC unit underneath looked disgusting and moldy. Breakfast was alright, the waffle machine stuff wasn’t available to use.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, close to everything that I needed. The shower had great pressure and the room was very spacious.

There was a smell of mold in the room. There was a constant tapping in the ceiling of the bathroom the entire weekend. Then, a scrubbing sound in the ceiling of the room. The room floor was very dirty. I spilled a little water on the floor, and when I wiped it up, the paper towel was black. It was too warm in the lobby and dining area.

The breakfast and the staff member attending the breakfast. She was awesome. Very clean and loved the lemon water and fruit at the entrance. Loved the walking distance to restaurants.

It had a strong order smell in that hallway, and only one elevator to get to our room.

Some staff were very rude. The breakfast room is HOT. The waffle batter dispenser was broken and the waffles were honestly the only good thing about breakfast. They did have some juice but it was hot. Ran out of chocolate milk. The pool desperately needs to be cleaned. Some of the jets on the hot tub weren’t working. There was also a very creepy guy riding around on his bicycle all day every day picking up cigarette butts.

Great location. Some staff were very nice.

Only thing that I didn't like my air conditioner made a lot of noise all night long so I didn't get enough sleep and they couldn't find me another one because they was overbooked. But they did try to fix it

The price is reasonable It was close to the beach Convenient for the stores Walmart where ever you needed to go

The AC did not get quite as cold as I would have liked, set to 69 but didn't seem to get below 74. The hall way to the elevator was extremely warm and a little musty smelling.

Comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, close to work, plenty of parking, free breakfast, pet friendly but no excessive barking, friendly staff, room ready upon arrival.

These prices for inland are still a bit too high. I wish I had a balcony for the price. Maybe incorporate free beach parking with each night to offset price complaints.

The doors to the rooms are nice and heavy. We got a King and Pullout couch and it was plush and comfy. The room was a nice size for a family to share. The breakfast was pretty good. Lots of attention to detail was noticed. The pool was a nice size and towels were poolside. There is a burger king, ice cream shop, dunkin donuts in walking distance! Its inland! Too many ppl on front beach road!

The poor young girl at front desk was alone on a Friday afternoon and was over ran with issues. Think the crewing could be better during known rush times The marketplace was closed when I came in late one night. I never did find a sign showing the operating hours?

The air unit leaked & my husband fixed it instead of sleeping one night. We even got a part for it the next day. He didn’t want us to have to change rooms in the middle of the night so he fixed it himself. He’s a maintenance instructor. He told the front desk & she said she would tell the manager. I feel like we should have received a discount bc he lost a night of rest, gave free labor, & bought a part for the unit.
