The room was not extremely clean but clean enough. The major items were taken care of like the sheets and towels but there were small, noticeable things such as spills on the walls and the shower tiles having some funk on them. The coffee maker was pretty dusty and had some standing water in it.

The woman who was in charge of the breakfast was awesome!! I did not get her name but she was friendly and chatty and very helpful. The front desk people were the same two men for both days we were there and they were knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Not “stocked”… no pool towels, minimal towels in room, no extra blanket/pillow for pull out couch. Bed was not comfortable!

The hot tub was barely warmer than the pool so if that is your favorite thing like it is mine you will be disappointed. Not sure if it was a policy but we had to get our own extra towels and take out our own garbage.

I loved when we had a problem they fixed it right away. We were there during the week so we had the whole pool area to ourselves and our kids loved it.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk! Who ever it was just walked out! Leaving us standing in the lobby for 1hr. The couple that live there came to our rescue. He maintained the hotel! They need a raise! No ice machines were working also😡😡😡 they told me that they needed filters. Makes no sense on how this place stays open! Not happy with the way things are run!

the breakfast could use a little more.... no fruit and only packaged baked goods. it was very clean and the lady taking care of it was friendly.

we have stayed here before several times... we know they have comfortable beds!

I chose this hotel because they had a pool. Even called the night before to confirm it was open. Something happened before we got there and the pool was unavailable all weekend. Asked multiple staff to talk to management about getting a partial reimbursement and am waiting to hear back from the general manager.

The facility was clean and provided a nice meeting room for our family meal on Christmas Eve

They should have warned people with reservations expecially with little children that the pool wasn't opened!!!! And there were cockroaches in the pull out couch in my room!

We chose this property because it offered a pool but when we arrived pool was closed. Prior to booking(the day before we arrived) I checked the website to make sure the pool was open, and there was no mention of it being closed. Our kids were very disappointed they were not able to swim, especially over the holiday weekend (literally the reason we booked the hotel VS staying with family). Wish they would mention on their website when the pool is closed. Also wish the breakfast offered some fresh fruit options (like banana, orange, apple)

Plenty of space in our room for our family of 5. Location is good for access to south side of Rochester.

There was an extra $9.98 charge when I arrived that I still don't know what it was for. Also, the staff seemed oblivious to the fact that a man filled up 3 to 4 plates of food numerous times and left with them. He took over all the waffle makers and no one else could use them when we came down for breakfast. Staff seemed to know him.

The jacuzzi wasn't working and they could have had a few more items on the breakfast bar.

The price was reasonable and the manager was very nice and professional, the location was very close to where I had to go do business at.. I usually don't sleep very well because of the mattress but these were comfortable.

Beds were too soft and you sunk in like a bowl. Also caught one of the cleaning staff vaping in the hallways before entering a room
