We had to ask for everything, for example towels. The rooms were never cleaned. Perhaps that was a misunderstanding on my part but, the floors go very dirty with not being swept all week. I would have preferred to have been provided a broom and dustpan to do it myself.

The breakfast was very good and provided a variety.

It was a little cumbersome. The price of the hotel stay was inflated due to the Houston Livestock Rodeo going on across the way. getting in and out of the parking lot and traveling on the crowded streets The beds were not very comfortable, but met the need.

The breakfast was fine, no complaints. The location was convenient for the location that I needed to travel to. However, the rodeo was going on, which made it a little cumbersome get ting in and out onto the street. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, but met the need.

It was really hot in the hallways and the elevator. The room was very comfortable. Not enough luggage carts , anywhere you go, there's never enough luggage carts.

The location is perfect for MD Anderson Cancer Center. 5 minute drive. I was traveling alone and felt quite safe in the area, and there's a grocery store, Target, and lots of fast food and restaurants nearby.

I wished the rooms were refreshed and cleaned each day over the weekend.

The breakfast was generally nice. I wished there were healthier options and I wished the coffee was left out and refreshed for a longer of period of time after the breakfast was cleared to accommodate daily coffee drinkers. It seems like a light lift and would make a big different in the overall experience of the guest. Especially because the medium roast coffee was actually pretty good. The location was fine. If you don't have a car, it's difficult to get to anything, even the Target, which is just a few blocks away. I had to request Lyfts to drive me just a few minutes. But I think that's more of a commentary on how walkable Houston is generally speaking.

The hall to the room (2nd floor) were stuffy and hot. Had some wires sticking out of the side of our AC unit

The stay was good! Our room was very comfortable & pleasant. Loved check in..was easy and felt very professional. Breakfast was great, area was clean and a nice variety of food. I especially liked that we didn't have the hotel mini size lotions and shampoo. Full size bottles of Dove! A++ in my book. Very close to the Staduim, Target and eateries..all within walking distance

upon arrival around 4:30 our room still wasn’t ready to go check in after a 5 hour drive. we sat in the lobby almost an hour when I asked the GM what was taking so long that I didn’t think we would have to wait that long when check on was for 2:00. the GM assured me she would credit me that night.

When we walk in it was very clean. I didn't like that the rooms are cleaned after 7 days.

Poor communication with shuttle service. Given card for return. I had to ask what the 2 phone numbers were, told first was day and second night shift. Started calling at 3pm , no answer 4 times. MdAnderson courtesy desk called hotel to find shift change is 2pm (night shift?). Finally got to hotel near 5 pm. Very inconvenient.

Very nice hotel! Staff very friendly. Room exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, and available kitchenette (with cookware provided!). Room temperature easy to manage and maintain.

If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you, I could hear every car bus and bike that went down the street. There was no noise insulation could hear everything going on outside which kept me up late and woke me up early. The WIFI was not good had a hard time connecting and staying connected.

The staff was great as well as the location. The social hour was nice would be better if it was every week day and not just 3 days.

Room service was not as good as you expect.

Breakfast was excellent especially with smiley face of KIM everymorning. Location was good for those who need fast transfer to Medical center and Transit center. Alot of shopping stores are very near like Target, Bigs lot, Fiesta, ... NRG is very close.

The kitchen/dining lady is very details & on point with Covid-19 protocol I apologize, I didn't catch her name. She makes sure everyone does what is right. Such as clean our hands with hand sanitizers before we touch the utensil & doing self-serving for breakfast. She is very polite, good manner & pleasant. Breakfast that she prepares looks clean & fresh cook. We are happy & feel safe on that. She is doing such an excellent job!! Room is clean, and sheet is fresh. Front desk is doing good. Overall we are happy to stay at your hotel
