If you book on line and you want to extend your stay you have to check out and check back in. Remove all your belongings.

Paid for two rooms to Booking.com for three nights and the hotel said it was only for one room. Between the hotel and Booking.com, I was charged double!!!

Charge for incidentals but fridge with nothing in it. (Water, soda). Coffee maker with no coffee, creamer, sugar, or cups. No towels, face towels, floor towel/mat. Missing restroom lights, broken blinds, wifi didn't work. No toilet paper, broken iron that leaks, no blankets, tub/shower tile was peeling and no phone to call front desk. No brunch

The rooms smelled of mould. The air-con was very noisy. The room felt mildly damp. The shower and space in the bathroom was poor. The bathroom door would not lock or close properly.

It was convenient to the local area for things we had planned to do.

I asked for blankets, I was told they ran out and was getting some more, the lady took my room number down but I never received any blankets, so I had to keep getting out of bed to turn air down and up, it was very irritating.

Where do I start, elevator was out of date (permit expired 2018) strange characters all over (pretty sure I saw multiple people doing drugs outside), a cockroach greeted us when we opened the room, it smelled like weed, the stairs smelled like pee and don’t come out on the first floor, and I’m pretty people are living at the hotel. Also breakfast not included and my deposit is taking a while.

There was no straight hot water needs closing back down n five on the plumbing my first room toilet stoped flushing #101 it was not ready to b rented if they knew that they didn't rent that room they should not have put me in it __ n my second room #202 it had no hot water I wanted to wash my hair for three days didn't get to wash until 11pm the night before I checked out VERY DISSAPPOINTED BUT 11@M THEY WERE KNOCKN ON MY FOIR FOR MORE MONEY I MUST HAVE PAIS ATLEADT ,$300 with bad plumbing a very hard mattress my back was hurt. Do bad on Sunday .Monday n Thursday mornings n when I tried take another redrvah8n after I left they wanted me to pay a _200 dollar deposit was my plumbing going to b fixed on my dimes WOW!!! I ALSO WAS OVER CHARGED BY BOOKING .COM ONY FIRST RESESERVATION I EILL B SENDING MY INVOICE TODAY O MY REFRIDGERATOT DIDMT WORK N FIRST ROOM #101 NEITHER FID MY MICROEAVE SO THE CHANGE REFRIDGE THEN CHANGED MY ROO N THEY NEED TO UPGRADE TOILED FOR HANDICAP OR OLDER N TALL PPL TOILET IS EAYY TO low it was hard getn up n down on n off toilet causing Mr to wet myself

everything, the Hotel is very dirt, the room is awful, I found two roach in the bathroom, the tub not function the balcony is awful. the first and the last one stay there, i wait 20 minutes for checkout. bad experience.

no clean towels and the room had a musty smell upon check in. When checking out and still in the room packing, the manager came in and accused us of smoking in the hotel room when clearly there were other guest smoking in the hallway.

How they're charging $1.50 for a con soda, $2.00 for a small bag of chips that comes out of the variety box. In a store the price for those chips would be 50¢ they're charging 4 time's that. Ripping off customers. I suggest buy everything you need before you check in and don't spend your money on the high priced items they have at the front desk.

Certain staff members treat you like you were a third class Citizen and we're very racist and rude to you

I hated almost every minute of this stay. It is a disgusting place that needs an extreme makeover. It smells of tobaco from 1928 and I swear there was a piece of carpet that was missing. The room was in very poor condition. They didn't make our beds and I didn't feel comfortable at all sleeping in the beds. The toilet paper was hanging by a loose screw. No joke. I think the Bates Motel would have had better housekeeping than this place and a better option. They still haven't given me my deposit back, but I have no idea how when there is nothing left of value in that place.

I think the only positive I can give it is the fact that it was close to the hard rock stadium and that I like the statues in the gardens. That's it, there is nothing of value here.
