We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The main room was large and clean. Linens and shower were clean. Very hot water. Staff was friendly and pool looked clean. Price was fair for a last minute booking.

Cheap close by stores that close early.. It’s a cheap getaway. Owners are really nice.

United StatesFirst thing I saw was a huge stain on the bedspread when I walked in. Huge turnoff. Also, the full time tenants were creepy to say the least. I came here years ago and it was not like this and run as a real motel. Not long term housing for low income people.
Some snowplowing was done, but little else.

United StatesI booked a non-smoking room. I walked in and was taken back by how bad it smelled of smoke, piss and puke. I mean IT WAS BAD! The chairs had stains on them, the bed spread had stains on it. The bathroom had disgusting towels. Every single towel had stains on it and they should have been discarded years ago, they were absolutely revolting. It became clear to me that there were long-term guest staying on either side of my room. The front counter check-in was a bizarre experience. Andy, who I assume was the owner and an older man who was likely of middle-east descent answered the door with a toddler in a diaper toddling around my legs and yelling making hearing him a challenge. He made a point to tell me about the free WiFi but didn't mention that the 40" TV was absolutely useless as there was no cable hooked up and no smart tech to use the WiFi. Fortunately for me I was packed for car camping with a sleeping bag, wool blanket and my own pillows. I only needed a bed and a shower for 2 nights and had plenty to keep me busy and out of the room until bedtime. I laid my sleeping bag on the bed, kept my pillows on top of the bag and slept under the wool blanket. I used the shower once but when I closed the shower curtain the shower filled with the smell of piss and I opened it back up, kept the shower short and air dried myself as I wasn't touching the towels. I had body wipes that I put to use to prevent using that shower again. I kept my boots near me so I could drop my feet into them to prevent touching the floor as much as possible. I saw no need to say anything as I didn't want to converse with the hard-to-understand owner and didn't expect him to be capable of making any menaful change to my situation. This place was sooo bad that I will never again use Booking.com for booking a room. The sleeping bag, blanket, pillows and every garment and bag I brought into that room has been washed twice in a commercial washing machine.
There was absolutely nothing that I liked. This place was so far from anything remotely acceptable for any normal person that its hard to express. I would compare it to an overnight detox center, worse than a homeless shelter or the worst hostel imaginable with a negligent staff. Heck a detox center would've probably been cleaner. II think a freshly cleaned port-a-pot sitting outside the room would have been a better option for toilet use. I almost gave up and left.
