Property in general Room was awful.

The entire experience at Motel 6 was bad. They refused to check us in until 3pm, even though clearly they were not fully booked. Hotel was scary and not appearing clean or safe on the outside as well as the inside. Staff was friendly enough, but the hotel itself (halls, room, property in general) was unacceptable. I would rather sleep in the woods than to ever stay at Motel 6 again. Individuals outside the hotel (sitting in front of their door) as well as other individuals approached my husband and I outside while we waited to check in at 3pm, trying to sell us drugs as well as telling us where drugs were / who had them. That is not my business, and to each there own, however it’s gives the property an added element of scary and inappropriate. The pictures match the color scheme they have in their rooms, but that’s it. It was definitely a bad experience.

Pool was down, air conditioners don’t work all that well, they seem to cater to the ones who live there, you can’t get down the stairs for people sitting on them, floors are apparently really week because my grandbaby playing really annoyed people downstairs which to some extent I understand but we asked to be moved downstairs so he would be able to play without disturbing the people below us and they wouldn’t move us.

They accommodated the whole family dogs and all for decent price but remember you get what you pay for

No breakfast, poor management. The staff kept knocking on our door, disrupting my autistic daughter. I asked them to stop, but they kept bothering us. Every time we went out the door, staff would just stare at us. Felt like they were spying, and they charged us for service animals. Holes in the walls, cigarette burns in the sheets and blanket. I went and bought my own cleaning supplies.

They let people light fireworks until 12:30-1:00 in the morning in the hotel parking lot. The man at the hotel front desk said he would tell them to stop but he was also lighting fireworks.

They want a $75 deposit for a room that is dirty. Room had bugs and the location….wow! Let’s just say there are drug dealers in every other room and in the parking area. Someone actually died 2 doors down from us during our stay. 😮‍💨

I am a gold member and had to pay a deposit at renown motel. It has been quite a few years since I stayed in a motel 6 and they are the new dumpster hotels. The clientele were rock bottom. The place was run down. No bugs but falling apart.

I’m still waiting on my refund I booked a hotel for the night so my husband could rest his eyes for few hours but no one was in the lobby to check us in waited over an hour while on the phone with booking as well and told them what was going on we called the property emailed them rang the bell still nothing!!!

It would have been nice to know beforehand that their cable did not work whether it was due to them not paying the bill or a Wi-Fi outage. No discount was offered due to the TV not working. If I would have known I would not have stayed here

This day was terrible. There was no cable for the TV so needless to say it was very boring. It took very long for the hot water to start working. The locals who I assume live in the hotel made it so uncomfortable for you to come out of your room it was like a jail cell I will never be back to this hotel

there were dog footprint on my bed sheets. i do not own a dog. the room was not very clean. the bed smelled of urine and was told it was because of renovations. the outlets were barley duct taped to the walls and the maintenance man tried to come into my room without knocking. he just put his keys in the door and tried to come in

Place is a construction zone. My room was upstairs and was a task to find. I open the door to the room.. Oh hell no. I started to get upset. So I walk to front desk asked for my $75 depo sit I was forsed to pay when I attempted to Check in. In the end. I just eat the $63/I paid for room. I paid a month in advance. But she retuned my $75 deposit I paid another $125 at Marriott a couple miles a way.. So I will never ever be back..

Didn't like the fact we had to go to the office to get a new key card every day because the ones had gotten stopped working each day. Didn't like how they came into the room (why we were gone even though we didn't want house cleaning) and took a video of my stuff; then my tarot and my bag with my tools, wire, and beads came up missing. Didn't enjoy being woken up on my day off and then told to get my dog and stand outside pretty much across the parking lot so they could come into the room to check stuff off on their checklist, for what I don't know because I wasn't informed about what they were checking for. Then watching them go into the rooms of other guests who weren't there, pick their stuff up, and check off their lists. I hated that there was no microwave and the one in the office you couldn't use after a specific time each night to heat your food or make anything to eat. Also, they never gave us fresh towels and washcloths when they did the daily cleaning, even when we didn't want the house cleaning service. The air conditioner barely worked, the mini fridge made a loud noise pretty much all the time, and the freezer was so packed with freezer-burn ice crystals you could hardly put anything in the dirty freezer. So they came in the room one day and took a video of my belonging, and my stuff came up missing; then they woke me up on my day off and made me stand across the parking lot, which is the two main reasons why I won't ever stay here again. I feel like they invaded my privacy, and I feel like they disrespect me as a person.

I like how the shower water, the TV, and all the channels got super hot, but the fact they didn't have music channels was lame. Like they were pet friendly with no pet deposit

the room was dirty, blood on my pillow, bed sinking in the middle, smoke detector was not functional, hair and dirt all in the sink and tub, dirty wash rags, the entire place was disgusting. I was horrified by this stay.

I was traumatized and ashamed by my stay at this Motel 6. The hallway was filthy upon entering, the room was simply a flop house. There was a huge hole in the dry wall, the faucets lifted off when touched, and the laminate flooring stuck to the bottom of all our shoes and made loud suction sounds every time we stepped. It was a scary experience and I am embarrassed and ashamed that we stayed there. I paid $70 for a crack-house type room. If you have people you care about, please avoid this horrid experience. It should be condemned.
