For almost $300/night I expected more. The room was passably clean, not totally clean. The towels were old. There was no extra roll of toilet paper. It was fine for one night and way better to stay there than risk a DUI. Just know it’s more expensive than it feels like it should be based on supply/demand in the area.

Location was good, close enough to downtown Napa if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk. Check in /out was quick. Plenty of parking. The property is safe.

It’s basically motel 6 level type of place. No frills, isolated area next to busy highway, no real amenities other than a room,bathrooth, parking spot. Ice machine wasn’t working. Staff is a married couple hidden inside the office. Had trouble charging my card to get checked in, almost walked. Wish I stayed anywhere else.

For the price I honestly cannot complain. If I were paying double I would definitely expect more, however, this was not the case. I received the value for what I paid.

This property was extensively under kept. It seems like the only thing that is done is them washing their linens. The AC unit in one of our rooms didn’t work and they were so extremely dusty. The carpet looks like they have never been cleaned and there were so many stains everywhere. Even though the lines might be washed, it doesn’t look like they ever replace the bad ones. Our group went to Walmart to buy towels, and pillows just to feel comfortable staying here. The bathrooms had mold that looked like they just keep caulking over. If you have any allergies to these two things, this is a serious warning because I do. It was difficult to breathe every time I was in the room. The only reason I made it work was because everything else was booked out for that weekend due to a race.

The only good thing about this property is the location. It is located minutes from downtown Napa. If only there were sidewalks on this busy street, it would be walking distance to downtown Napa, but there isn’t, so we had to drive everywhere.

The Booking photos do not match at all with what they wanted to give me. Dirty, smelly, unsafe place, the manager was very rude and ill-mannered. In the end we didn't stay. We had to pay for another hotel and lose all the money for this one. We feel very scammed by the hotel and by Booking.

The heat/AC unit looked old and not kept up, the vent was broken. But it did keep the room just warm enough. The location of the ice machine (it was outside at the edge of the office, on the street side, where anyone could walk up and mess with it..

It was unique and cute...the price and location... they offer a continental breakfast.
