The only uncomfortable thing was the temperature of the shower water, it wasn’t hot enough but I do understand that some places in SF are trying to conserve as much water as possible. The sink water was definitely hotter than the shower, regardless it was a great stay!

This hotel was amazing for a stay near the Regency Ballroom! It was a close walk to a lot of places. The room was clean and we were able to check in 30 minutes early. They provided coffee and water in the lobby, along with a little coffee drip in your room. A heater is also provided in case you get cold. Couldn’t get the AC to work but they do have a pretty nice fan that works with the white remote near the entry door.

Hotel website states "continental breakfast" but this wasn't available and when I mentioned it to the receptionist he had no idea about it.

Location was great, easy to walk around the city from the hotel. Room and communal areas extremely clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms weren't sound proof at all! We could hear the people in the room next door going to the toilet. We could hear every movement of theres. Especially annoying when the cleaners came in hoovering next door and we were trying to sleep.

Beautifully decorated room, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with robes, shampoos, towels. Coffee and flavoured water in the lobby is a lovely addition. Cafe on the corner is great!

Paper thin walls. You can hear someone snoring when he's not even your neighbor. No actual blanket. The sink could be a bit bigger so you can at least fit something on it.

It is almost in the center of sf and its easy to get somewhere with public transport. De beds were big enough.

An oldschool elevator made it difficult to bring the baby stroller inside.

Cleanliness is superb! It’s carpeted all throughout the hallway but it’s neat! Staff are friendly… free cold and hot water.. very homey!!

An oldschool elevator which made it so hard to bring a baby stroller with you. And when we arrived it was under repair and we need to use the stairs with our luggage and a baby in a carseat.

I like that it is clean and pretty decent knowing that it’s an old building. It was renovated well to be looking modern in the inside. Staff are nice. Rooms are clean which is a good good thing!

The building is very old therefore the walls aren’t that isolated. I’ve heard other guests/their Tv/music on the floor and in their rooms.

The elevator is beautiful and classic… it also feels like you are gonna be it’s last ride. A couple blocks down the hill and it’s drug country.

The staff were extremely helpful especially Emmanuel who helped us check out for an early flight and helped us with our luggage. It’s a very accommodating place and was very affordable with nice clean rooms.

It was a cute hotel however, you had to specify when you wanted to room cleaned and when we did, it wasn’t done . The are is « ok » but still have to be careful because it’s also close to bad streets

Listed on Booking.com as having parking, it's just a public car park about a block away which is an additional cost. You have to unload your bags from the limited 2 spaces on Hyde Street.

The lift and no breakfast available

The hotel staffs were so helpful and friendly. When I checked out the hotel employee actually helped me to carry my bags to my Uber who was parked across the road. That really wowed me. In addition they allowed me to keep my bags after check out to allow me to go around town without my bags while waiting for my flight. Wonderful place !

The lift was a real issue as the inner door was left open by other guests so it meant the lift didn’t run most of the time. And we were on the 5 th floor. There was also a smell of drains for the first 2 days.
