I like the fact that it's not busy or noisy, no staff internet communication went well. I was able to access my room with no problems 😊 it's a wonderful and peaceful place to stay. It feels like home!

Not receiving breakfast yet I will live without it cause there is a breakfast spot across the street down 9th Avenue and Marquette called Keys. Wonderful place for breakfast, Lunch, and dinner.

need a little more clarity in room as to how things work - ie tv and cooking facilities to avoid double handling, ie person having to come to room to explain things more blankets, but provided when i asked a little noisy with sirens but solved with earplugs , and light spillage but solved with eye mask, both of which any sensible traveler travels with ! attention to detail re cleanliness - dust under blinds and drawers, one hair in shower which no real biggie but a little off putting coffee filter left in machine.

great location, lovely furnishings, great value for money. very pretty set up and spacious certainly for one, would be fine for two. love the key pad check in and out, no key to loose! very very happy i have found a central, affordable, clean and nicely furnished Minneapolis pad ! love the all hours check in, felt very safe even tho downtown

Would have been nice to have a box of tissues. Note that the hotel requires you to send them your passport or driver's license by text message before they allow the booking.

Enjoyed the extensive display in the hallways of the building's history and the view of the historic Foshay building.

Only issues were the shower wasn't working properly, also there were no curtains in the room and the blinds weren't very good meaning it was impossible to keep light out.

Stayed for 9 nights. Great location, right on the edge of downtown, 15 mins walk from US Bank Stadium, Target Center/Target Field. 5 minutes away from Metro Stop and bus stops close by. Target store just down the road. The apartment was a good size with a fridge, freezer and a cooktop. The bed was comfortable and the heating worked well. The bathroom was nice. The building is quite old and very discreet but is lovely inside and definitely gives a much different vibe to other places. Great value for money compared to other accommodations in the area and will definitely be staying here again

Be careful for the small print fees like parking and cleaning fee. The post is a little misleading.

Water pressure and temperature regulation in the shower. Mildew (orange stuff is mildew) in the shower edges.

Very modern; The building was remodeled in the interior and looked great! Perfect location to many walkable locations in the downtown area. Parking was available behind the building and surrounding area. Highly recommend. We consider this to be our Minnesota apartment! Absolutely loved it.

The building was perfectly located for our purpose. We loved the fact that they rehabbed an old historic building and did a great job.

It would have been nice to have coffee for more than one morning (mini Keurig style coffee maker). The friend I traveled with was pretty frustrated that there were pots and pans for cooking (but no stove) but they didn't have a hair dryer. Some of the electric outlets did not seem to work. Also the 10 am check out is a little early. Most places are 11 am.

Very comfortable and clean. Good location. It was a very cute boutique hotel. Perfect for a girl's trip or couple's getaway. Walking distance from a lot of food, bars, and the stadium.

Chase lounge was heavily stained. Duvet was also stained. But other Than that the rest apartment was nice and clean.
