The bathroom had no vent and had mold on ceiling. The heater didn’t work and after they fixed it wasn’t sufficient for room and bath. The toilet rocked. Decknot dwept and lots of bushes and trees growing up close to it.

The quietness and the lovely grounds. The very partial view of harbor. The breakfast was great. Loved the fluffy scrambled eggs.

The first room was not what we were expecting the staff moved us to a much better room. I'm concerned that discounts from Booking.com effects this ? Not sure I will continue to use this site or just book directly with Hotels or Resorts.

The views were breathtaking especially the sunsets.

I mean it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best either.

The room was cozy and decent. View was ok. The trees we’re blocking some of the view. Staff at the breakfast were not on top of the needs to that needed to be fill out like clean plates, coffee, etc. But overall it was an okay experience.

Would have preferred a room with a balcony. Getting in and out of a kayak from a dock is not my first choice

I was very satisfied overall with our accommodations. The view off our balcony was beautiful. It would be a great family place to stay because of all the outdoor activities offered. The breakfast was very good.

magical place! lovely quiet place to spend some time in nature. we kayaked, swam and really enjoy the greenery. The entire team working there was all smiles and really nice and helpful!

It would have been helpful to have some written materials in the room to explain the basics, ie, trash pickup, fresh towels, eating recommendations, etc.

Great having a full breakfast every day; however, some variety would have been welcomed since we stayed a week.

The room would have been nicer if it had brighter curtains and vinyl floors instead of carpet to much brown. There was a small refrigerator but no microwave. The hot tub was broken, and it was a bummer. It was not fixed during our weeklong stay. They advertised a heated pool it was not heated at all and a bit cold some days.

The resort is nestled in the woods close to the water. We loved the size of the room, and the view was great. The bathroom seemed updated, and the shower was amazing!! No lack of hot water and great water pressure. There were new stairs and railings and a nice little porch area with chairs. The breakfast each morning was delightful with lots of options to choose. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks to paddle around the harbor. We also used the pool and the laundry facilities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would like to note that the landscaping was exceptional.

the amenities offered on the website weren’t all open or available - the hot tub was broken, they promote s’mores but not available unless you buy them at the local supermarket the fire pits , while expected that you build your own fire, the resort didn’t have the correct things to help you do it (they ran out of lighters), and there are no guidances on how to do it, what’s expected to get it out and it could be a hazard the breakfast is bad and there are misleading reviews on that on the site. bathroom in the room was old and a bit dirty. they should be clear that it’s a shared deck, no privacy from other guests

the property has great views and is very quiet and in a secluded area perfect for relaxing and engaging on some outside activities and fun

The coffee at breakfast was outrageously terrible, like it was made with reused grounds. Our screen door was broken. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and we had a light bulb out.

The kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards available to guests were great. We paddled out and saw seals. We had a large group, so common spaces like the dining pavilion, pool, and lawn areas were important to us.

Room was a bit dated; some peeling paint, mismatched items, etc. Kayak/canoe/paddleboards weren't facilitated by the staff so there wasn't a way to sign up or reserve - all the paddles were in use when we tried to go out which was kind of a bummer, unfortunately we didn't have more time to wait or try again but I'm sure if we did we would've had no problem getting out there!

Easily accommodated an after hours check in. View from balcony was exceptional; it was dark & foggy when we arrived so it was so magical to wake up and watch the fog lift to reveal the beautiful inlet. Our balcony was right over the rocks & water, fist thing I saw was an otter bouncing & swimming along!! Breakfast had plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Staff members were on top of everything; buffet was full, hot & fresh and everything was kept so clean!
