The only thing I disliked was the water pressure and there wasn’t enough hot water to fill up the jacuzzi tub. And we wished that there would have been cream and sugar to go with the coffee.

The view was absolutely amazing from the loft! The back porch was a perfect place to sit and relax in the morning! The hot tub made everything perfect. They provided everything we needed including laundry pods.

There nothing to say I didn't like. Will say if you have u.s. cellular you will have no service at the cabin, in my opinion it was great no one calling my phone haha. Buy I have nothing bad to say nothing I didn't like about the cabin. But we will back for our anniversary to come each year

Love the windows of the cabin Beautiful to see out when u wake up in the morning, thunderstorms nights me and my husband was there and it was cool to see out the window laying in the bed watching the storm. Love how close we were to everything food. Activities etc. The hot tube was so relaxing. Me and my husband played pool every night we was there. I will definitely want to come back to once upon a time. The Staff also made sure we were all good check in etc.

I think it need some updates and repairs Carpet need cleaning the water pressure was terrible The windows need cleaning the bed spreads need washing for the most part it was great the hot tub,the pool table we enjoyed.

Two days before we was scheduled to leave we went out for the day and when we came back that evening we could hear running water,. The downstairs toilet messed up and flooded the area, we had to clean up the mess and for the last two days had to listen to constant fans and dehumidifiers running which was very loud.

Absolutely everything about the property was wonderful. While the cabin Amy not have had an amazing view of the mountains, it was peaceful to sit on the porch in the mornings and look out at the woods.

uncomfortable king size bed, road up to the cabin was a bit scary at first but we got used to it. the water pressure wasn’t great throughout, couch is a bit gross feeling and needs a good cleaning or to be replaced and kitchen table was very shaky, the one leg was bent so far it could’ve snapped off at any second. we aren’t picky people so it wasn’t a big deal but those are definitely some things that could be improved. we also had a raccoon visitor every night. whenever we used the grill, he would go under it to lick the remnants. he got pretty close to us and at one point tried stealing my sandals right off the porch while we were in the hot tub. he wasn’t a threat but definitely may scare some other people and definitely don’t leave anything out there like phones or important things unless you want the raccoon to steal it lol. he stole my brothers vape and ran off in the woods with it lol

I liked the layout, the hot tub, the pool table, having two bathrooms and a kitchen. we also appreciated having a washer and dryer, especially being able to dry our swimsuits.

I won’t say I didn’t like it but the king bed was a little bit too firm and it was hard to get comfortable. and the water pressure in the kitchen was really slow. same in the shower.

Could of used a bigger frying pan (a non stick preferably). And better can opener. Incline drive up was a bit scary, but of course being from Louisiana we were just not used to that. And could of used a dresser to keep from living out of a suitcase.

The size of the cabin was perfect for us. Enjoyed the hot tub. The pool table was fun also.

The road was a little scary, and I didn't like the pillows, and the hot water ran out really fast so it was hard to use the tub

I loved the windows! The natural light all day was amazing! You were right in nature (though a few times animals would just jump on the roof and scare the mess out of me). The pool table was great! There are two 4's though so we just had to pretend one was a stipe. The tub was fantastic when there was enough hot water, and the hot tub was soooo nice! The back porch was lovely!

As always with these cabins, the road up and down is a little daunting. Encountering another vehicle on a single lane coming the opposite way is a little scary. We got pretty fortunate this time.

Cabin was clean and we liked the layout. Lots of communication with us since they don’t do in person check in and check out right now. Great customer service. Overall great experience. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Fireplace wouldn’t light 1st night. Fireplace went out again upon exit. The jetted tub upstairs water would go cold after less then a minute smh. Spider webs in several corners
