How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

I loved how updated it is. It has a kitchenette along with pans, pots, coffee maker and coffee creamer, and sugar. The location is near the freeway, mall, banks, and many yummy restaurants.

The neighbors dog from across the street was on the lose and was a nuisance when I was trying to get in my vehicle to get my things. Since there is no driveway parking; only off street parking provided for the guests. I was somewhat disappointed on the comfort of the bed. It was not uncomfortable but did not meet my expectations. I also believe other guests as well as I would appreciate a full body length sized mirror.
Very nice and clean community! The host came to greet me and offer to inform if anything needed. The studio is very nice and clean and has pretty much all you'd use while at home.

Very spacious and always a warm welcome letter. I only stay here when I visit the area for work. Oh, parking is available as well, just ask, bonus!

I absolutely loved this place. What you see is what you get. I would recommend this to anyone. I just hope it's available the next time I need to stay there . Really, the best price and the cleanliness EVER. Other places could learn a thing or two from them. The hosts were very friendly and cared about my stay being satisfied.

The owner was nice, even when we ask to leave our luggage after check out because i have some work need to be done before leave. I love it and i will book this studio again when we back

They were very responsive to our needs and were very friendly with excellent communication. We really enjoyed the large-screen TV and the outdoor private seating. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The location was secure and very convenient for us and we'll almost certainly book it again.

There's nothing really that we didn't like it was an amazing experience they were very welcoming and really made us feel at home

There was nothing I did not like the owner was very nice and responded quickly.and it smells wonderful in here.
This place is amazing clean and very very cozy quiet. The owners have done an exceptional job of this property I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

the shower was the hardest for me, I’ve got thick long hair, and the water pressure reminded me of RV camping. but that’s just a personal preference, water was hot which was awesome!
It’s private and off a Main Street, so traffic on their road was quiet. it’s as if your visiting family, and your getting your own little quiet haven.

Nothing all was great
Excelent place to stay last time we were there we mentioned it would be nice to have crean for the coffee and this time we stay they had cream smalls things but it makes a big difference

i liked how all the amenities were cleaned and ready to use. also had pots and pans for cooking and even had ingredients for making coffee. the bed was cleaned and they had heaters that came in handy for the cold nights during our stay there. the area was quiet which made sleeping a breeze. The place was also very private and it felt as if we were in our very own home.

Amazing place I liked. For sure, I'll be back for my next trip. The room is exactly as you see it on Booking. It's really clean, and spacious, has an excellent wifi connection, and is extremely quiet

This is a lovely guest house with all the amenities required from short personal to long business stays. From the cutest fridge that can actually hold real size food/drink to the 2 burner stove top, this property is perfect
