No water and price was high for quality

There was no ability to get cold water at the breakfast area. They did not keep 2 full pots of coffee going during busiest morning. The cleaning staff did not understand English and ended up walking in on my husband in the bathroom. She said , “Cleaning” but did not wait for response, just came in and pushed door open, pushed bath door open and found him on toilet. Very embarrassing

1 - The fire alarm went off on two of the three nights were there. The staff said it was because guests were smoking or vaping in their rooms but they don't have a way to identify which room. 2 - Ants on the floor of the bathroom. 3 - No coffee at breakfast (staff offered to fix the little single-serving stuff they have in the rooms). 4 - There was some sort of repetitive banging noise in the night on two nights. 5 - The hotel is actually kind of hard to get to. It is accessed from a shopping center parking lot but it not signed and Google maps gets it all wrong. Better signage would help.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was available for the eclipse in 2024.

Looks sketchy from outside - overgrown field nearby with people cutting through from the area, broken back door, etc. , bathtub drain didn't work, extra flip over lock broken on door. Glad to see people cleaning - but they do start early and loud - so no sleeping in. I saw a previous review about backwards curtains, so I took a photo of that, too. I'm thinking maybe it is so you can push the opened or closed heavy curtains up into the windowsill to get the full air conditioning, which is right below, while still having the sheers for some privacy. I guess shorter curtains would solve that, but no big deal to me?

The facility is defintely old - some things look dirty because they are just old - but being one of the lower priced - and few available - choices, I wouldn't really complain. Breakfast was bland, but better than others in same category. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, breads, cereal, fruit, coffee, juice. The people who worked there seemed to be doing a good job - saw people cleaning, etc.

I think it's a hotel for the homeless that maybe the state is paying them to house the people 🤔 also there are 4 different charges on my debit card for the room I rented? 🤔 I emailed the property and the reply was... their going to check on it tomorrow? Hopefully they will clear it up. 🙏 it seemed a little expensive for the room that I got. Maybe the raise the price depending on what concert is in town?

I liked it was close to the music center. And the breakfast was really good and they allowed pets!

No elevator, carpet on stairs was filthy, didn’t want to touch the railings, black beetle bug in room, toilet had to be fixed, phone didn’t work, just run down. Awful for the price i paid.

Breakfast was decent, the hallway to the rooms is the worst part. The carpets are dingy and the walls need painting. The room wasn't that bad. You could hear the people in the hallway really good. Needs some work!!! Probably won't stay there again.

parking lot had deep pot holes requested a ground floor room when i made my reservations back in march. when we arrived they said no ground floor rooms available . I even put it on my reservation form.

Refridgerator in room missing, couldnt change rooms. Hotel was way more ran down than pictures on web, no elevator to 2nd floor , no microwave , breakfast was not very good and ran out of food 1 hour early driveway needs major upgrades, and entrence and leave was very inconvenient

The door frame to our room was broken, as if it had been kicked in, and the lock was damaged. The back door to the hotel was also broken and the card reader didn't work, as if it had been broken into. The room was old, outdated interior, and had stains on the bead spread. The parking lot was full of massive holes and a small car would probably get stuck k in them. All in all, a bad hotel.

I liked the proximity to deer creek amphitheater. Unfortunately that fact is used to price gouge. This hotel has no business charging more than 50-60 a night.
